Charles Hipps founded Oleeo 25 years ago, launching the world's first e-recruitment solution. An innovator by nature, Charles has never stopped looking for new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition. In recent years this includes the application of AI and automation in recruiting. He sees this Recruiting Enablement as a game changer for leaders, and the future of talent acquisition. A graduate from Oxford University, Charles has lived all over the world. Known (by some) as Fishy or The Wave, you can find him in the pool or sea most days and he has swam with dolphins and followed a whale shark on his scuba adventures. In addition, he loves to cycle to work every day and has cycled in South America through the Atacama, in North America, in China, New Zealand, down the Nile, and through Vietnam in his time! Prior to Moovila, Mike founded eThority, an award-winning business intelligence and analytics company, which was acquired by Equifax, and under Mike’s leadership scaled into a segment leader in the compliance arena. Tracey Burns is a Senior Analyst in the OECD's Centre for Educational Research and Innovation. She heads a portfolio of projects including Trends Shaping Education, 21st Century Children and Innovative Teaching for Effective Learning. Her most recent OECD publication is Educating 21st Century Children: Emotional Well-Being in the Digital Age. She was also responsible for the future thinking tool: Trends Shaping Education 2019.  Previous to her time at the OECD she worked on social determinants of health and well-being. As a Post-Doctoral Fellow at The University of British Colombia, Dr. Burns led a research team investigating newborn infants' responses to language, and was an award-winning lecturer on infant and child development. Tracey holds a B.A. from McGill University, Canada, and an M.A. and Doctor of Philosophy in psychology from Northeastern University, USA.
