Mariah Keener - Here at South Bend City Church, we take our cue from Scripture which calls us as a community to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep. As we gathered on Mother's Day, we took time to acknowledge the spectrum of experience in the room and to remind us that God reveals Godself to us as Mother. Sean Palmer - This week, we’re taking a break from our Lent series on the Lord’s Prayer (Interrupting Our Inertia) to hear from Sean Palmer. Through scripture and the story of To Kill a Mockingbird, Sean helps us consider the consequences of love, for better and for worse.  Sean Palmer is the author of Speaking by the Numbers: Enneagram Wisdom for Teachers, Pastors, and Communicators (IVP 2022) and 40 Days on Being a Three (Enneagram Daily Reflections). He is also the Teaching Pastor at Ecclesia Houston, one of America’s most innovative and vibrant multi-site churches, serving a predominance of Millennials and young adults. Sean and his wife, Rochelle, have been married for over 25-years and are parents to two adult daughters. Dr. Angela Logan - Whether personally or on a global scale, in this season, we are all longing for something. This weekend, we unpack the story found in Luke 8 of the woman who was hemorrhaging, who boldly came to Jesus for help. Mike Goldsworthy - In the moments when we’re feeling overwhelmed by things that are happening that we can’t fix or control ourselves, perhaps there is a way we can ground ourselves and move beyond the reactionary response. This weekend we consider the encounter Jesus and the disciples have in John 9 with a man born blind, as they pose the question of who is to blame. Mike Goldsworthy is a speaker, resourcer, and guide with a passion for connecting like-minded churches and leaders. He also has a podcast, space for faith: re-imaginging the church for our current moment, and started the Post-Evangelical Collective.
