Jack Nash – John (Prime) Reggie Carlisle – John (Beta) GM- Tod Foley Tom, bewitched by the Hoom, begins to wander away from camp. Reggie quickly wakes Nash and Duke and heads after Tom. As the team begins to engage Duke gets knocked out by the Hoom while Nash and Reggie empty their magazines into it. Duke returns to the fight just as the beast goes down and jut then Winfred and Anell, the kids who threatened the group earlier, show up. It turns out she’s an explorer in training and Winfred is her first customer. They all rest for a bit and field dress the Hoom and then Nash and the crew take off in search of orchids. Later in the day as they are looking for a place to set up camp for the night Nash and Reggie spy what appears to be some sort of den that looks like it was constructed by something intelligent. Moving a little further away they set up camp and post a watch. During his watch, Nash hears something approach and begin speaking. He wakes Reggie and they discover the native sentient species

Venari Hallerman (Rogue Trader) – John Kynnoch (Navigator) – Jesse Jarnan Morgun (Missionary) – Jon Emmaus Kore (Void Master) – Kevin GM – Neil Kynnoch teams up with Roderick’s house psyker to try and suss out what’s happening with the Warp interference noticed on the grain. On closer inspection they notice black splotches that appear to have been sprayed onto the crate. It seems to be organic and is warp null. Scans with the auspecs can’t determine it’s molecular make up. Convinced that something is afoot, Roderick invites the crew to stay at the palace and continue the investigation. Jarnan and Venari stay while Kynnoch and Emmaus head back up to the Heretics Bane. While on the ship Kynnoch is able to sense an area of warp disturbance to the west of the city and they use the ships scanners to see if there’s anything out there. They are able to detect a natural cave system along with a dome like structure that seems to be manmade. Meanwhile, Venari spends another night of debauchery with Livinia.

Venari Hallerman (Rogue Trader) – John Kynnoch (Navigator) – Jesse Jarnan Morgun (Missionary) – Jon Emmaus Kore (Void Master) – Kevin GM – Neil The command crew of the Heretics Bane is seated with Roderick in his private office. Jarnan and Kynnoch try to explain what happened and Roderick berates both them and Venari but when Jarnan suggests going to inspect the grain he consents. Roderick has them taken to rooms to freshen up and wait until he can assemble his own psykers. On the ride to the fields Venari and Emmaus ride with Roderick and Venari tries to schmooze as much as possible, gaining some valuable ground. Once they reach the fields Kynnoch again tries to sense the Warp taint on the grain and notices that something is blocking the energy. Valos (Shadow Raven) - John Decurro Laren - John Milo Sonder – Trevor GM – Jesse Draggert says to give them the cargo and Milo, Valos and Decurro plan to follow the men once the cargo is unloaded. Once the gangplank is dropped the leader of the “soldiers” on the dock comes onto the ship and greets the scholar Wildil warmly. He then tells Parsons to make sure everything is unloaded to the carts waiting below and then escorts Wildil off the ship. Meanwhile Valos heads down into the town to try and convince a guardsman that soldiers from Abendon are at the port. He’s less than successful and when he goes back to the ship one of the men tries to stop him……unsuccessfully. When the artifact is unloaded the men on the dock begin to move. Decurro disappears into the shadows and Milo uses his jumping ability to take to the rooftops grabbing a birds eye view of the caravan. Valos on the other hand is spotted and looses sight of the caravan, making his way to the wrong gate. Instead of heading out the North Gat

Valos (Shadow Raven) - John Decurro Laren - John Milo Sonder - Trevor GM – Jesse Captain Draggert oversees the loading of some of the cargo from the Bitter Mother onto the newly procured ship, along with the more important travelers. During the journey Milo, Decurro and Valos discuss how best to proceed with the artifact. They finally decide to leave it at Valos’s family’s farm and make the trip up to see Commander Moran. The trip to South Port is uneventful until they dock. As they are discussing how to best proceed, Decurro notices about a half a dozen men in the crowd approaching the ship who have a military bearing. Valos approaches Parsons, the “former” captain of the ship they are currently on, and tells him to call off the men on the dock. We pick up their story at Erin’s house as they talk about getting on with the new mission Edward has planned. Things take an interesting twist however when they go to leave Erin’s place. Randy for some reason saw fit to have Jack’s painted to look like Optimus Prime overnight. Even though the truck looks awesome, Jack is very angry and goes after Randy. Randy has the truck painted back to black and it’s a really quiet ride to see Edward in Erin’s car. The new mission Edward explains, is going to take the guys to Switzerland to investigate the cult. He wants them to find out what they’re up to and what they’re doing at/with the La Hotel Grande. Venari Hallerman (Rogue Trader) – John Kynnoch (Navigator) – Jesse Jarnan Morgun (Missionary) – Jon Emmaus Kore (Void Master) – Kevin GM – Neil The crew remains holed up inside the temple as an angry mob pounds on the door. Suddenly the pounding stops and a commanding voice says PDF, open up. After a quick debate and not much to lose they agree to open open the door. Jarnan explains that the Harvest Mother was a demon and needed to be cleansed. PDF commander Hainan tells them that a full investigation will take place and has one of his men place manacles and a hood on Kynnoch. At about this time Venari shows up yelling at the crew and gets into a pissing contest with Commander Hainan. "Luckily" Roderick shows up and takes control of the situation. He has Kynnoch's restraints removed and Jarnan repeats his story. Roderick invites everyone back to his palace as "guests" while things are being investigated. Venari Hallerman (Rogue Trader) – John Kynnoch (Navigator) – Jesse Jarnan Morgun (Missionary) – Jon Emmaus Kore (Void Master) – Kevin GM – Neil The battle in the Harvest Mother’s Temple continues as the guards rush in, weapons drawn. Jarnan yells to them that the Harvest Mother is tainted and to arrest her while she’s tells them that Jarnan is a heretic. The guards are confused but move on Jarnan and the rest of the party. An unfortunate mistake and one they will not get the chance to make again as Jarnan unleashes a gout of flame from his flamer catching them on fire. Undeterred by the loss of her guards, the Harvest Mother reveals her corruption by trying to mind control Jarnan, who with his unwavering faith in the God Emperor, is able to easily resist. Stepping forward, Kynnoch directs his third eye against the Harvest Mother and her soul is ripped from her body by Kynnoch’s awful warp power. In the lull that follows Jarnan quickly calls the Venari to apprise him of the situation. Venari is less

Valos (Shadow Raven) - John Decurro Laren - John Milo Sonder - Trevor GM – Jesse Decurro, Valos and Milo continue to interrogate the Captain. The ship is part of the Abendon military and they were on what was probably their last pick up run. They had an arrangement with the bird creatures. Moran seems ready to press his attack to the South. They find out that there are still items on the island and Decurro goes with the ships’ crew to retrieve the last of it. With that accomplished they sail back around to the other side of the island where the crew and passengers of the Bitter Mother wait. Decurro goes to report to Captain Draggert and brings him back on board the newly acquired ship. Meanwhile Milo and Valos Check out the cargo that still remains. The artifact has what appears to be a slight crack along it that is radiating a bright glow. After Valos heads back up to the top deck Milo continues investigating. He finds a small box that wasn’t on the original manifest owned by the scholar Wildi

The man in the bird mask literally turns into a flock of birds before disappearing. Unfortunately, during the scrum Decurro misjudges his phase disruptor and put a huge hole in the ship causing it to take on water. Milo jumps down into the hold and uses his null ray which closes the hole but also kills the ships engines. Erin and Randy pick up some last minute supplies and then check all the equipment. They run through the plan for about an hour trying to get their timing down and make sure things are going to work as they expect. The rest of the day is uneventful as they wait for the inevitable showdown. At about ten they set the plan into motion. Jack pulls the truck around near to the beach while Erin is wandering around on the look out for the clootie. Meanwhile Randy heads over to the bar and tells Hamish that the clootie has been dispatched. Hamish is incredulous but Randy is able to quickly divert his attention by asking about his war service and then slips out the door. Sometime in the wee hours of the morning Erin hears the dreaded moan of the clootie. Erin moves in closer to the clootie and starts making noise to attract its attention. He is able to slowly kite the clootie into the
