2/2/2025 1 Thessalonians 2:10-13 Behave Yourself Intro: The world today has a mantra….Please yourself no matter what. Make sure you meet your wants and needs no matter who it involves. They believe you can sin without impunity. No punishment, no regret, no repercussions and no penalty. “Do what thou wilt”….that is the saying of famous atheist and satanists Alistar Crowley. How did that work out for him? Not to well. His life ended miserably and his life now is in hell. Everything we do has humans has an effect on other people…either good or bad. No man is an island. What do I always say……Criminals don’t lack self-esteem…they are over loaded with self esteem. They think so much of themselves that no one else matters but as a means to meet what they want and need. 2/2/2025 Ezekiel 22:25-31 Conspiracy Against God Intro: I heard a man the other day say he was against Religion. I am too. So was Jesus! The Bible and Christianity is about a person…Jesus Christ! A Relationship not a religion. Jesus Christ is alive and well on the right hand of the Father. He sent His Spirit to live in us until we are in His presence forever! But to say we hate religion are being totally honest. I don’t think they are inferring that they hate God also. They just don’t understand how God has revealed Himself to humanity. So they believe in God but they have created a conspiracy against the God of the Bible without even knowing it. They have created their own prophets and preachers. Wokeness, do as thou wilt was spoken by Satanist Aleister Crowley when he said “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.” There is a conspiracy to promote man and demote God. 1/26/2025 1 Corinthians 15:24-28 Then Cometh The End Intro: Everything must end. Life comes to an end. Ball games come to an end. Christmas comes to an end. 2024 came to an end. Even God’s creation of earth must end….in order to be recreated. The butterfly was once a caterpillar. The caterpillar ended so that the butterfly could begin. I remember a Buggs Bunny cartoon. The cartoon was about an attaché case with a top secret inside. The whole cartoon was about Elmer Fudd and Buggs Bunny each trying to steal the case from each other and find the secret it contained. Finally, after fighting each other they agree to open it together……When they see what is inside they say “this is horrible, awful, the worst thing that could ever happen!” what was inside?….simply the words…..”the End!” Then the credits rolled. That was a brilliant cartoon by the creators of Buggs Bunny! The end is coming of all we know and experience. It can be awful, terrible and horrible…..or it can be unimaginable joy!

1/19/2025 2 Corinthians 2:10-11 Satan’s Devices Intro: Satan is very, very intelligent. But he does things the same way. He lies. He kills. He destroys. He deceives. The last one is the most dangerous for humans. He deceived Eve. He makes things so good and pleasant to the eyes and seems to make one wise. But what kind of wisdom is it? The wisdom to do evil and know evil and follow evil.

Genesis 1:26-27 Your Worldview Makes A Difference In The World Intro: There Are two worldviews. Man’s and God’s. Man’s is filled with new age paganism, pantheism. Mother earth and animals and humans are all on the same level. This is insane! Animals don’t build anything. If you count insect hives and beaver dams. 1/5/2025 Ezekiel 38:2-6 Gog-Magog Update Intro: On the snow day I would like to do something that very few pastors and preacher and Bible teachers do…..speak on Bible prophecy! The Bible is true because it claims to the be the word of God. The only words of God. It claims to be the truth of God. It claims that Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved from the wrath of God because of our sin. That is a big claim. How does the Bible back it up? Bible prophecy. 12/29/2024 Matthew 24:36-46 The Sudden Appearance Of Jesus Christ Intro: No one likes unexpected visitors. It’s not that we don’t like the people but we like to be notified when someone comes to our house in these days. Back in the old days visitors were common before telephones and telegraphs there was “tell a woman.” People visited each other. Now it is very uncommon for people to stop by. In fact it is so uncommon that most people won’t answer the door. We are not prepared for unexpected visitors. We are in our pajama’s or less. The bathroom is not cleaned. Clothes are everywhere. Dishes are piled up. Dust is everywhere. We just don’t prepare for visitors in our culture anymore. That sets us up perfectly for the sudden appearance of the Lord. We are in the generation of “Don’t bother my world” generation. We don’t want any interruptions to our little silly lives. But one day they will be interrupted by a visitor that we should have been prepared to meet. But sadly….most will not be ready.

12/8/2024 Matthew 1:21 What Christmas Is Really All About Intro: We have Christmas lights, Santa Claus, reindeer, sleighs, Elves, and Christmas trees. We give gifts to one another. We sing Christmas songs. We have celebrations. And at the center of it all is Jesus! Or He should be…..but it is so commercialized. YOU can’t blame businesses. This is their biggest time of the year. Nearly one hundred percent of people will shop between thanksgiving and Christmas for gifts for someone. That is a big part of a companies business. And not only Business but busy-ness. We are bombarded with shopping and plays, and getting our decoration up, and going to Christmas parties, and all the other Christmas stuff that we become stressed more during this time than any other part of the year. 12/01/2024 John 7:12-18 Who Is The Source Of Truth Intro: Jesus is at the feast of booths. He was a good Jew who observes all that a good Jew would. Feast Of Tabernacles or Feast of Booths. It is held on the 15th day of the seventh month or seventh full moon of the year. September, October in our Calendar. It lasts for seven plus an eighth day. 10/17/2024--10/7/2025---Leviticus 23:34, 42-43 This feast represents the great tabernacle to come, when men will dwell with God in heaven for eternity. Interesting that Jesus shows up at this feast about eternity and taught that His source of truth was from the eternal God of the Jews. What is more important than knowing the source of truth? Yet people will accept any so-called truth except from the Bible.

11/24/2024 Mark 1:2-11 John Baptizes Jesus Intro: Interesting time here. Jesus comes to be baptized of John. John was from a group of Jews called the Essenes. They believed in ritual water cleansing. They went through a water cleansing before entering the temple or as they exited the temple. Baptism has many meanings. Yes…. if Jesus was baptized we too should be baptized. But why? What does it mean?

11/23/2024 Leviticus 1:2-9 What Does The Burnt Offering Mean? The Book of Leviticus was written between 1440 and 1400 B.C. Because the Israelites had been held captive in Egypt for 400 years, the concept of God had been distorted by the polytheistic, pagan Egyptians. The purpose of Leviticus is to provide instruction and laws to guide a sinful, yet redeemed people in their relationship with a holy God. There is an emphasis in Leviticus on the need for personal holiness in response to a holy God. Sin must be atoned for through the offering of proper sacrifices (chapters 8-10). Other topics covered in the book are diets (clean and unclean foods), childbirth, and diseases which are carefully regulated (chapters 11-15). Chapter 16 describes the Day of Atonement when an annual sacrifice is made for the cumulative sin of the people. 11/10/2024 Malachi 3:13-18 God’s Knows What You Talk About Intro: Malachi was an Old Testament prophet and the last of the writing prophets. He wrote the book of Malachi probably between 440 and 400 BC. Very little is known about Malachi the man except what can be inferred from his public messages, recorded in his book. Malachi’s name means “my messenger,” an appropriate title for a prophet, one of God’s messengers. Malachi wrote to the remnant of Israelites who had returned after 70 years in Babylonian captivity. He ministered during the time of Nehemiah and after the time of the prophets Haggai and Zechariah. The temple had been rebuilt, and the people of Israel were once again in the Promised Land, but they were falling into sin again. Malachi wrote, and we can assume spoke, in a bold, direct manner. 11/10/2024 Nahum 2:2-13 The Sad End Of The Assyrians Intro: The Book of Nahum was written to between 663 and 612 B.C. Just at the time of and the end of the Assyria empire’s capture of the northern kingdom of Israel and the rise of Babylon who took the southern Kingdom of Judah captive in 597 BC. The Assyrian Empire was defeated in 609 BC by King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. Nahum did not write this book as a warning or “call to repentance” for the people of Nineveh. God had already sent them the prophet Jonah 150 years earlier with His promise of what would happen if they continued in their evil ways. The people at that time had repented but now lived just as bad if not worse than they did before. 11/3/2024 Amos 9:13-15 Israel Forever! Intro: The Book of Amos was likely written between 760 and 753 B.C. Amos is a shepherd and a fruit picker from the Judean village of Tekoa when God calls him, even though he lacks an education or a priestly background. Amos' mission is directed to his neighbor to the north, Israel. His messages of impending doom and captivity for the nation by the Assyrians in 722 BC because of her sins. His prophecies are very unpopular and unheeded, however, because not since the days of Solomon have times been so good in Israel. Amos' ministry takes place while Jeroboam II reigns over Israel, and Uzziah reigns over Judah. Amos can see that beneath Israel’s external prosperity and power, internally the nation is corrupt to the core.
