How are we responding to God's revelation to us that Jesus has made a way to forgive our sins so we can know God and live for His glory?

Jesus is the sovereign Lord over all things. He left the glories of heaven and humbled Himself to redeem us.

Saving faith produces a response of praise and thanksgiving for God's unearned mercy and grace toward undeserving sinners.

As we remember John’s unique calling from God to prepare people for Jesus’ coming, let us not forget we have a calling from God to point people to Jesus as well.

Praying for missionaries

We need to reflect on and celebrate together the faithfulness of God to His Word and to His people.

Salvation only comes to those who recognize their desperate need for God and trust in His promises

Are you so personally experiencing God's power, holiness, and mercy toward you that it is leading you daily to rejoice in him?

We know and experience God's care for us through His saving and transforming grace. This happens as we are deeply embedded in the community of faith- the church- where we share a mutual faith, experience, and hope in Christ alone.

Trusting in the power and sovereignty of God helps us joyfully obey God even as we walk into trials

Is God's grace so real to you that it is increasing your humility, joy, and desire to know God more?

Are we trusting God?

We can trust in the wisdom and sovereignty of God, and joyfully serve Him even through our disappointments.

God in His grace has given us the Gospel of Luke so that we see Jesus clearly and grow in enjoying knowing Him.

God's grace creates in His people a growing desire to believe, to obey, and to worship Him.

When all looks hopeless, God is faithful and will do all that He has promised.

God always gets the last word. His purposes cannot be thwarted.
