2v1 Podcast

This week it's another 2v1 duo featuring Josh and Nick. Batman still can't seem to get his PC working while Josh continues to avoid new video games. Nick wraps up Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and is enamored with Axiom Verge. Rest in peace, Satoru Iwata.

The 2v1 Podcast welcomes Cody a.k.a. Mr. Yody to Episode 32, where he shares the story of a rather unorthodox bachelor party and celebrates life post-World of Warcraft. Nick realizes that he Must Build a Boat, Alex espouses Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked program to a zealous extent, and Josh demonstrates his ineptitude as a consumer after being unable to excavate his brand new TV from its packaging, though this may be because he has lemons in his armpits.

The 2v1 Podcast knows a thing or two about chemistry and the periodic table. What they don't know is how to get around in The Witcher 2, pronounce "Silicon," or play horror games. Oh, and don't forget to like us!

Tactical. Podcast. Action. This week features a skeleton crew of Alex and Nick, where they discuss Alien: Isolation, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, Broken Age, and Double Fine.

A lumbering beast looms around the corner in the shape of E3. But what’s more terrifying: the idea of never completing a game, or a xenomorph? Nick suffers a massive defeat, Alex has his first massively-multiplayer experience, and Josh likes bad games.

Episode 28: The 2v1 crew has love for different media everywhere, past, present, and future. Nick gives the scoop on Massive Chalice (pun intended), Josh has an important PSA for our listeners, i.e. watch "Kung Fury" ASAP, and Alex can't seem to decide whether he should himself with fright while playing Alien: Isolation or while recording on the podcast.

In Episode 27, the 2v1 crew delves into the world of video game morality and why you shouldn't give gold to children (at least in Velen). Alex also starts Alien Isolation as Josh and Nick begin their weekly Trials of Osiris torments.

The never-ending mystery of Josh's distaste for Dark Souls may finally have been solved as the 2v1 crew discusses The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Alex introduces himself to the previous Witcher entry. Nick and Josh make one final case for Destiny and the new expansion, House of Wolves.

Celebrating their 25th episode, the gang explores a new app to make money from, poetry, and as always - wild speculation about the future of video gaming. Nick finds Child of Light to be an overall positive experience (so far), Alex decides it's okay to play more than one game at a time, and Josh keeps up a running tradition of the 2v1 Podcast.

In Episode 24, the 2v1 crew explores the realms of Wolfenstein Dollar exchange rates, somehow paying for free DLC, and the ever so popular $40 Season Pass. We are also launching a Kickstarter (but not really). Tune in!

A new challenger by the name of "Tommy" approaches the 2v1 Podcast, bringing tales of Final Fantasy 7 and cooperative experiences with Alex in Resident Evil: Revelations 2. Nick protects Earthrealm in Mortal Kombat X, and Josh gets the drop on some Mass Effect rumors.

In Episode 22, Nick actually plays new video games but forgets he played Neverwinter; Alex thinks The Boss is sweet and commits to playing Resident Evil: Revelations 2; and Josh serves up some industry food for thought along with developments in the world of DLC.

Episode 21 - where Josh does a complete 180 as he realizes Dark Souls is not actually that bad of a game; Alex has a heartfelt moment for his love of Dracula; and Nick falls head over heels for the mysterious Mondo Zappa.

Alex makes a promise while foraging for food in Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater, Nick loves Dark Souls 2 (again), and Josh is a Geometry Wars wizard - but what is "mobile" gaming?

In Episode 19, Nick contemplates ponying up the inflated funds required to purchase Ocarina of Time on the 3DS, Alex has a near-death experience while recording from the comfort of his recliner, and Josh finds himself outmanned and outgunned in yet another 2v1 argument.

Join the 2v1 crew as Alex begins having nightmares about his DS, Telltale makes Josh question his morality, and Nick disses the internet's opinion on Hotline Miami 2.

Alex learns the hype surrounding Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons (SPOILERS from 16:00-31:00 min), Nick lets out his inner animal and commits mass murder in Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number and Josh loves getting mad at Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions.

Josh thinks it would be interesting to work for Google. Nick is physically incapable of caring about VR technology. Alex expresses his remarkable distaste for Comcast.
