If we are trying to create change it's important that we allow ourselves to own our 'wins' along the way. Unfortunately many people don't allow themselves to have their 'wins'. This may be because they feel the need to be hard on themselves to achieve, it might be because they still feel they have a long way to go, or it could be that they have never felt good about themselves. This rejection of your 'wins' actually works against you achieving the change you desire. On this episode I dig deep into this topic and offer a tool that shows you how you are allowed to own your 'wins' which increases your chance of sustainable success.  Go to www.bevanjameseyles.com for the show notes for this episode.
