We finish off our series in Luke's gospel with the narrative around Jesus' last days with his disciples following his resurrection in Luke 24:36-53. In this passage Jesus opens the eyes and hearts of his disciples to see who he is and believe in his message. In our passage in 1 Kings 21, King Ahab finds himself the object of God's judgement after the murder of Naboth. Tom asks 'what makes a nation successful?'
