Neil (Washington) and executive assistant Justin (Seahawks) give every team the business one last time. We discuss why the bottom teams are at the bottom, who is moving up next year, as well as stengths and weaknesses. Neil promises he's not still mad about Washingtin (spoilers, he's still mad about Washington). Plus, MVP race updates, coaches being hire and fired, and the greatest special teams play of all time. Just kidding, it involves the Jets and Bills, so it was a disaster. And finally, in a post Christmas miracle, Justin has something nice to say about Andrew Luck.

Justin (Seahawks) is pulling double duty this week, hosting and producing all the segments. He'll survive. That same cannot be said of the Redskins, who, in a fit of historical accuracy are pretty much wiped out. Plus, big playoff implications in Atlanta and Detroit. Welcome to the end of the 2016 NFL regular season. PodVader is joined by James (Eagles), Monty (Raiders), Kevin (Cowboys) and Brian (Packers) to pick the final winners and losers.  They start with what Pod believes to be the only real important game of the week: the Packers at the Lions. Pod admits, if that one is important, than the Redskins and the Giants is just as important, especially for Washington. Around the 22:30 mark, the guys go back to the 1pm slate of games. The Playoff Picture is slowly coming into more focus and PodVader makes a special recap appearance to help break it all down. He's joined by Greg (Steelers), Neil (Redskins) and James (Eagles) to run through some of the scenarios leading up to the conclusion of the NFL regular season.  First up, it's the NFC where the Redskins are the only team on the outside with a chance to still make the postseason. The guys discuss the games and which teams in the NFC playoff picture can knock off the top seeds.  Around the 36minute mark, the crew transistions to the AFC. Pod remains pretty bold with his Patriots but there are a couple of other contenders in the Steelers and Chiefs that could makes some noise. Unfortunately, QB injuries mare what could have been for a couple of other young playoff upstarts. We wrap up each conference discussion with the coaching landscape. While PodVader may be disappointed with his fantasy season, he's not disappointed in this show.
