Gene Noble is an unsigned R&B act with a ton of background and even more authentic style. Gene looked to music to help him after his father, as a soldier, died saving someone’s life when Gene was just four. Aside from his personal aspirations as an artist, it was also D’Angelo‘s Voodoo Tour that inspired him to make music. The Rebirth of Gene LP is a collision of emotional pain and artistry in motion. The film also directly lampoons artists Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, Elvis Presley, and The Beatles, in addition to some artists playing themselves, including Eddie Vedder and Ghostface Killah. The plot centers on five Vermont State Troopers who seem to have more of a knack for pranks than actual police work. The experienced Troopers, Thorn, Mac, and Foster, spend most of their time devising new ways of messing with the heads of the people they pull over and hazing the new recruit, "Rabbit". They also find time to torment their easily infuriated radio dispatcher, Rodney Farva, who has been removed from patrol work because he was involved in a fight with several students during a (potentially questionable and dubious) traffic stop of a school bus (shown during the closing credits). Rod Farva is the Vermont State Trooper's first real problem. Aside from druggies crossing into Canada and "Johnny Chimpo," Farva continuously annoys the shit out of the rest of the squad. For example, and not just any example, almost the epitome of what we look for in electronic production, is Dr. Fresch, an up and coming musical genius out of Los Angeles.

Jackie Moon is a singer who has used the profits from his one hit single "Love Me Sexy", to buy a basketball team in the American Basketball Association, the Flint Tropics, becoming the owner, head Coach and starting power forward. Jackie is stubborn, but he has the heart it takes to get his team the win... and the dough. His love for wrestling bears and corn dogs are only two of the wonderous things about Jackie.
