We are so excited to have Pastor Trip back this week teaching. And we are so glad to be kicking off a brand new series titled "Soundtracks." This series will remind us as Christians not to conform to the patterns of this world but, to be transformed by Christ. We hope and pray God would use this series in your life to teach you more about himself and we hope you gain a more profound knowledge of Him. 

We are so glad to be back together, worshiping and hearing God's Word. This Sunday we got to hear a stand-alone message from Pastor Leroy on the importance of gathering together as the church.  We are the body of Christ and it is important to gather together as one body serving Christ. We hope and pray that this message encourages you in this new year. 

Happy Thanksgiving Ridge Family! We hope that you were able to spend plenty of time with family this week and to give thanks for all that God has done for you. Our message this week centers around Paul's letter to the Galatians in which we find instruction on how to carry ourselves as Christians. And we pray as we continue through the holiday season that we would "Not become weary in doing good."

In week 4 of our series, Resist the Rush we get to hear something a little bit different than weeks before. We are so honored to have Jeff and Vanessa Royal, who are plugged into Ridge Church share how God has changed their lives over the past few years. We get to hear how God has placed it on their hearts to prioritize biblical rest in a rushed and hurried world. 

This is week one when of our series Resist The Rush. Pastor Leroy will be teaching this series. He will give us a biblical view of rest and emphasize how important rest is in a fallen world. God created rest and intended for us to rest in him. In a world that never seems to rest, we hope and pray that this series will give you practical steps toward Godly rest.

This is week 3 of our series Resist the Rush. In this message, Pastor Leroy continues to expound on the idea of Biblical Rest and the importance of the sabbath in our lives as believers. We pray for God to use this message in your life and that you would have a better knowledge of Him after listening to it.

We are in week 2 of our series "Resist The Rush." This week it's all about finding proper rest in Christ. Like in Matthew 11:28-30 in which Christ instructs us to give our burdens to Him. We must take on Christ because his load is light and easier to carry. We pray that as you go throughout your week, you will be intentional in finding ways to rest in Christ.

Our FINAL sermon in "It's Love that Wrote the Play" series. In this series we've been looking at the big picture of scripture and praying for God to help us better understand His Word. Becasue, most important is God's story of redemption that began in the Garden of Eden. We pray that this series has helped you in your relationship with God, and he has used this series to make you more knowledgeable about his redemptive plan for the world. 

This week we are in part 4 of our current series. We are praying for God to use this series, in all of our lives, to refresh and renew our love for His word and the overarching story that the Bible tells. We hope that this message gives you a deeper understanding of God and His sovereignty in this difficult world we live in. 

This week we are in part three of our current series. We continue to look at the story of Jacob in the book of Genesis. By studying this story, we continue to learn about God's providence and sovereignty in His redemptive story for His people. We pray that God would reveal himself to you through this message and that you would know Him more.

This week we continue our series "It's Love That Wrote the Play" with Pastor Leroy's teaching. In this message, pastor Leroy discusses the attributes of God's call on our lives as Christians and the Promises He has made to Christians in His word. We hope that God uses this teaching in your life so that you may know him better and be more like his son Jesus.

This week we are kicking off a brand new series titled "It's Love That Wrote The Play." This is an excellent time to tune in and catch up if you missed it in person. In this first week, we look at the story of creation in Genesis to set the foundation for the following weeks. We hope that God uses this message in your life and you are able to grow closer to Him after hearing the truth preached in this message.

In part two of our newest series, we look at the 4th gospel, the book of John. We look there to see how early believers invited others to come and see Jesus the Messiah. In our current fallen world, it's more important than ever to invite others to come and see Jesus. And even more important, we should invite others to see Jesus in our lives. And we continually pray for others to see Jesus and to trust them in their own lives. For Jesus is the hope of the world. We hope and pray that God use this message for His purpose in your life. 

Today we are kicking off a brand new series about what the Church is all about. "The Church is the hope of the World." Many of us wholeheartedly believe in that statement, but for others, that statement doesn't ring so true. We won't dive too deep into that this first week, but rather we look back as to why was the Church gathering in the first place. And we turn to the book of Acts to answer that question. We hope and pray that God would use this message for His purpose in your life. 

This week we are honored to have Pastor Jared sharing a message during this season of Summer Together. Pastor Jared walks us through John 3:25-30 in which there was a dispute between the Jews and John's disciples about purification. In this passage, John tells them that he is not Christ but he was sent before him. In this way, John the Baptist was sent to point to Christ's coming. And in the same way, we are sent to point others to Christ and His second coming. 

There is no new series this week with the church being online only next week as we celebrate July 4th. This week Pastor Trip is teaching on our call as Christians to be influencers and witnesses of the Gospel to this World. There are practical ways to convey what we believe and know is true to influence those around us. We hope that this message gives you ways that you can be a disciple-maker for Christ in your everyday world. 

This week we are ending our series "Whistle While You Wait." We hope and pray that this series has strengthened your relationship with Christ and that God has used this series in your life. Know that God is with you no matter what you might be waiting for or holding onto. He was with you in the bad and he is with you in the good. Just as he was with Joseph when his brothers sold him into slavery and the same when he gained a position of power. 

This week we are continuing in our series following Joseph's life in Genisis. Last week we posed the question "What are you waiting for?" with the idea that we are always waiting for things and circumstances to change in our life, then our life will improve. And when opportunities that have the potential to change our life,  come our way we tend to compromise our faith in order to get what we think will make our life better. But, our lives usually get better according to our standards and not God's. In all things, we should pray for God's providence and sovereignty to take precedent over what we want. 

This week we are kicking off a brand new series called "Whistle While You Wait." The foundational scripture is Genesis 37-50 with the story of Joseph being sold into slavery by his own brothers. In life, we do a lot of waiting - and it feels like we are always waiting on our circumstances to change in order for our life to get better. So, the question to ponder today is "What are you waiting for?" Know that in your waiting God is with you, and you can trust that He will always be with you.
