As we reviewed yesterday the math speaks for itself......With the average residential home sales price being around $400,000 that means in most of the US the LISTING AGENT will make at least $10,000. Let's say the net profit to that listing agent is $9,600 on that transaction after fees, etc. $9,600 x 23 = $220,800. Oh, we aren't done...It gets even better....
