It has been said that Ontario's Ryan Laird learned to hum back a melody before he could speak, and that the art of creating music has always been second nature. Manitoba's Doc Walker recently released their new album entitled Weathervane. The first single from the record Heart of the Heartland pays homage to small town pride across the country. Ontario's Thomas Wade is here to tell us "the story of a voice lost and found". His songs "Zero To Sixty", "I'd Say That Again", "Some Guys", "Lying Here With You" put him on the Country charts for an impressive run at radio. Alberta's Colleen Rae is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, musician and entertainer.  She has recorded her sophomore CD Look At Her Go. She once again teamed up with award-winning producer Louis Sedmak.Colleen has penned 90% of the pull-on-your-heartstrings material on this project. She describes a song about adoption, 'Do I Have Your Eyes', as her favorite among her original compositions.  “I ran into country music's hottest couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill during their Soul2Soul tour in Oregon and I wasted no time; I pitched my original song 'Do I Have Your Eyes' to Faith because she is adopted. I made a promise to myself that if Faith didn’t record it in 5 years, I would!’.  'Quickest Heart In Town' is Colleen's recent single released to radio from her sophomore CD. This song, which captures the story of one guarded heart, was co-written with Nashville's William (Jimmy) Wallace.  She co-wrote her current single 'For Rich Or For Poor' with hit songwriter Byron Hill.

Hit songwriter Frank Myers wrote the 1982 crossover smash single You And I recorded by Eddie Rabbitt & Crystal Gayle. He has since followed up on that songwriting success many times over with hits recorded by John Michael Montgomery (I Swear), Alabama (Once Upon A Lifetime), Reba (One Honest Heart), Lonestar (I'm Already There) and Chris Young (Tomorrow) - to name only a few. Frank moved from Dayton, Ohio to Nashville in 1981 and began working with Country artist ?Eddy Raven as his lead guitarist and eventually as his band leader and road manager.
