Micah 7:7 One of the most difficult things for many of us to do is to wait. Whether we’re waiting in the doctor’s office or in a line at a store or in a traffic jam that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, we don’t like to wait. Revelation 12 As we step into the season of Advent, we enter into a time of waiting, we are getting in touch with our wants. There is a lot of stuff we might want for Christmas: an action figure, a new car, a winter coat, or a ticket to a new vacation spot. From a historical perspective, Christ's birth was anticipated for thousands of years. People's expectations were shaped by the promises of God, "the Savior will come!"
