PSTS Episode 141
08/04/2015 Duración: 01h05minHow do you open a can of worms? Ask the entire internet who should be the next DLC character for Super Smash Bros, as Nintendo is surely finding out by now. With discussion on this and every other announcement of import from last week's Nintendo Direct, Jeff and J.D. also talk about the oppressive feel of gothic Victoria, gamifying loosy-goosey games like Rayman, and the importance of not having a lame viral advertising campaign.

PSTS Episode 140
01/04/2015 Duración: 50minThe Worst Day on the Internet has come, and though we haven't really seen any gaming-related ones yet, Jeff and J.D. are preparing for the worst. Preparing by making predictions for the Nintendo Direct coming out today, talking about Bloodborne and how being Dark Souls 3 is basically the best thing ever, talking about how much prettier pretty games are when your computer can handle them.

PSTS Episode 139
25/03/2015 Duración: 01h39sTwo weeks between podcasts means two weeks of news and discussion, so buckle up and prepare yourself for the worst as Jeff and J.D. instead spend the whole time discussing Jeff's first playthrough of Telltale's Walking Dead. Then there's all of the news to cover: Nintendo entering the mobile market, shakeups at Konami, rumors quenched, releases announced, and details (of Splatoon!) revealed.

PSTS Episode 138
11/03/2015 Duración: 01h04minSometimes you just feel the need to burn through a lot of enemies and pick up their loot, something Jeff and J.D. discuss throughout today's episode; the need for greed reigns, but also the need to proceed--through puzzles, that is. The past few days have also harbored some unexpected announcements for games, whether reviving an old genre or refining a game that had been built haphazardly in the first place, and PSTS will cover it for you.

PSTS Episode 137
04/03/2015 Duración: 54minGame Developers Conference is going down right now in a sunny, coastal location, meaning a bunch of news that won't really mean anything for several years is waiting to tempt you. Wait, don't go! Jeff and J.D. also break down (and learn things) about WoW's newest currency, give a final discussion on the Majora's Mask remake, and discuss a topic near and dear to everyone's hearts: if Dead or Alive's exaggerated figures are okay.
-
PSTS Episode 136
25/02/2015 Duración: 01h04minIt's odd for Jeff and J.D. when a handheld game occupies 90% of their attentions for a whole week, but that's what happens when you release a very, very updated remake of one of their favorite games. Standby for reviews and lists of differences. Meanwhile, something crazy's been happening over at Telltale Games, makers of fine adventures. Plus the ESRB rating of Batman: Arkham Knight, delays in a Rockstar game, and, probably, more.

PSTS Episode 135
18/02/2015 Duración: 57minIf ever there were a "hardware" episode of PSTS, this would be it. Jeff and J.D. have been testing out two new headsets this week, both from Turtle Beach, but they've also picked up the spiffy New 3DS, and can tell you the pros and cons. Plus, you know, Tomb Raider screenshots, Project Ukelele news, and more.
-
PSTS Episode 133
04/02/2015 Duración: 01h28sThe great fighting tournament Apex has ended, after a weekend of drama and unexpected events. Luckily, Jeff and J.D. are here to tell you how to not be a jerk--after discussing fictional dermitologists, aggravating microphone setups, and many, many other things.

PSTS Episode 132
28/01/2015 Duración: 01h04minHere in the Pacific Northwest when we get snowed in it's a snowpocalypse, but apparently on the East coast y'all are suffering a snowmageddon. Let Jeff and J.D.'s meandering, interrupting narration sooth the cold snow away. Here they'll talk about if Far Cry 4 lives up to its predecessors, how the Bioshock Infinite DLCs hold up a year later, and if old PS1 games are still good (with upgraded graphics and voice acting). Plus happenings at Apex, and even more HD rereleases on the horizon.

PSTS Episode 131
21/01/2015 Duración: 01h09minThe past week brings us a lot of Nintendo news: first releases and newsflashes from their Direct, then Club Nintendo shutting down, and finally drama at Apex with a guy who is apparently kind of a major scumbag. We also have predictions about game-related things at the Microsoft Windows 10 event dealio, and even some talk about games that already exist.

PSTS Episode 130
14/01/2015 Duración: 53minWith a lack of real news, Jeff and J.D. spend a lot of time this podcast remembering ancient games they played, games you can't even find screenshots of, games based on board games, anything other than, really, new games. The GTA V release for PC has requirements out, as well as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, but they don't talk about that very much. Maybe that Rock Band DLC, the first stuff in 2 years? Or that free Assassin's Creed DLC? Guys?

PSTS Episode 129
07/01/2015 Duración: 58minThings only get sillier here at PSTS headquarters, and today we reach a pinnacle of silly. With nothing new to talk about at all, Jeff and J.D. make their own news. Sure, there's more discussion on Assassin Creed Unity's strengths and weaknesses, some actual talk on what makes D4 so annoying to play (but possibly interesting?), but the rest is just... well, hey, you're here to listen to this.
-
PSTS Episode 128
31/12/2014 Duración: 54minThe time has finally come for J.D. to see what Jeff was talking about when he said the latest Assassin's Creed was actually weirdly addicting, and it has bitten him in the place where riddles go. Meanwhile, Jeff is tasting of the various middle-ware games that take concepts from others and put their own twists on them. News? Nothing particularly new, but that doesn't stop our heroes from gallantly trying their best to keep you updated.

PSTS Episode 127
17/12/2014 Duración: 01h12minWith the end of the year rolling around, there's only one last thing to talk about: everything that has come out in the past year. As it turns out, that's a heck of a lot of stuff. Don't worry, Jeff and J.D. are here to talk about the best-of-the-best with you, as well as discuss how J.D. felt about the Last of Us, and maybe throwing a bone or two towards developers that continue to release free stuff for their AAA games. But seriously: PSTSGOTY. It's a thing. We're making it one.

PSTS Episode 126
10/12/2014 Duración: 01h02minIt hasn't been a bad week for Jeff and J.D. The Crew, the open-world racer from Ubisoft, is now safely in Jeff's clutches, with some reviews and reactions coming straight from his thumbs to you. The Game Awards, hosted by Geoff Keighley, took place last Friday, to both of our duo's delight. And J.D... well, Bungie hates his control scheme of choice. Two out of three isn't bad.
-
PSTS Episode 125
03/12/2014 Duración: 55minWith our heroes done with Thanksgiving break, they convene to discuss what they did the most during their holiday, which is obviously gather three others together and play Smash Bros. But they also have a few more discussions on why the new Dragon Age is the best of Bioware, where Assassin's Creed is going (hopefully into the fog), and what Steam's deal with broadcasts is.
-
PSTS Episode 124
26/11/2014 Duración: 01h07minOne game has been coursing through J.D. and Jeff's veins for the past week, and it is Super Smash Bros. What's that? The 3DS one already came out? Well buckle up, because there is so much more in the Wii U version you may lose your pants as our duo go over all of them, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Also more Ubisoft hate, Bioware's latest fantasy RPG and if it would appeal to newbs, and even a few news items.
-
PSTS Episode 123
19/11/2014 Duración: 01h12minJeff and J.D. are joined in this special podcast, recorded earlier in the week, where they at least meet, face-to-face... J.D.'s cousin, Kirk, who has written and orchestrated PSTS's various themes throughout the years. In between talking about Zelda and how many N64 games are in existance, they also get a chance to discuss their attempts at the relatively new NES game, Battlekid: Fortress of Peril, and the origins of the PSTS theme song.
-
PSTS Episode 122
13/11/2014 Duración: 01h11minThere's been a whole lot of controversy in the past week (and a day!), but fear not: Jeff and J.D. are here to tell you why that stuff is basically the least important things to care about. Having played a lot of games, including the newest Assassin's Creed and the bundle of Halo games re-released for Xbox One, plus a Nintendo Direct with very exciting announcements, there is a lot to talk about. And what's that on the horizon? Rays of sunlight appearing behind a Dorito in the shape of a pope hat?

PSTS Episode 121
05/11/2014 Duración: 01h01min--pation! J.D. managed to grab that tasty Xbox One bundle this weekend, not with Halo but with Sunset Overdrive, a surprisingly pleasant game, as he describes it. Along with the normal tests of a new console, our duo also managed to try out indie game The Fall this past week and have a few things to say on its uniquely new throwbacky style. Along with that, there are a few new announcements regarding the updated GTA 5 package hitting doors very soon, as well as some leaked things from the somewhat-anticipated Just Cause 3!
