06/02/2017 Duración: 36minChad played basketball at Oral Roberts University, where he was named “Conference Play of the Year” in 1999, his senior year. He was also was presented the Presidents Cup for best all-around student athlete at ORU. After graduating from ORU with a B.A. in Theology, he turned to professional basketball, playing mostly in Europe for six years: London, Budapest, Lisbon, and Istanbul…as well as New York, Las Vegas, Austin and Dallas, where he played for and traveled with the Dallas Mavericks summer team. As a college and professional basketball player, Coach Wilkerson was coached by, among others, Bill Self and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Coach Wilkerson was the founder and inspiration of Kingdom Athletes, an organization which began in 2008 with a passion to coach and mentor young men—not only in the basketball arena, but in character building and life skills. Just last year, Coach Wilkerson co-founded BookandaBall…a charity which provides basketballs and Bibles to orphans. They just completed an outreach in Quito, Ecu

That should get him a place up CLOSE to the throne in Heaven one day. And Coach Melton says he’s the most gifted O line Coach he’s ever known. He’s been married to Kelly for 29 years, they have three children. He states, “My passion in life is kids; the vehicles I use to live that passion has been football and school.
