Thus was born The Music Paradigm and his book Maestro: A Surprising Story About Leading by Listening which has taken Mr. Nierenberg to the podium of over ninety different orchestras, hundreds of different organizations, in two dozen different countries. We'll talk about many of the lessons learned on this journey and his book, such as: The difference between direction and criticism?
