The idea of the word “saints” is a group of people set apart for the Lord and His kingdom. There are three references referring to godly character of saints: "that you receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints …" (Romans 16:2). "For the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ" (Ephesians 4:12). "But immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints" (Ephesians 5:3). Therefore, scripturally speaking, the “saints” are the body of Christ, Christians, the church. All Christians are considered saints. All Christians are saints—and at the same time are called to be saints. First Corinthians 1:2 states it clearly: “To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy…” The words “sanctified” and “holy” come from the same Greek root as the word that is commonly translated “saints.” Christians are saints by virtue of their connection with Jesus Christ. This morning I would like to share with you on anger and fear. I really have come to realize that anger occurs because of fear. Being fearful and angry is no fun at all. Anger destroys marriages, friendships and harms children. Anger is like bullets going into hearts and the walls of homes. Over my years in Christian media and as a Pastor I have seen so many people get all fired up for JESUS and then when they experience difficulty they collapse and leave the Church…or ministries that start and then close up quickly…..or just sort of exist. This is a problem when folks are not listening to God. When we are close to God, we hear Him. Not in audio, but you hear Him, I hear Him everyday as I get up to serve, without talking and hearing from God I would be lost, I have no idea where I would be! My heartbreaks when I see someone start something and then faces tough times and then quits. YOU HAVE TO BE SURE GOD IS CALLING YOU INTO MINISTRY! THEN YOU HAVE TO BE CONSISTENT IN YOUR MESSAGES AND NOT GO OFF ON RABBITT TRAILS! I have found that when I do not listen to GOD I fail! Make sure in all you do and say it is what God what’s you to say and do. Inconsistency is not a good testimony to the world. God just gave me this example….Its like when some radio stations change their format every now and then….

I have become dear friends with Scott and LaDonna Loss. They are from Albuquerque and they are on fire for JESUS! They are pictured at the very top of this post. He had been addicted to drugs and was leading a hopeless life. We all have a story. Oftentimes the more we surrender to God, the more we see His hand in our life. And the more we watch Him work, the more we want to share with others what He has done. The same was true of the disciples, who gathered around Jesus before His ascension. They heard His command to spread the gospel, make disciples, and baptize people from all nations. Surely this seemed like an overwhelming task for a handful of followers, but they obeyed. Their personal experiences with Christ undoubtedly motivated them to share the good news, and they also must have gained confidence from Jesus’ promise of His presence and power. Your emerging adult kids are individuals who do things for their own reasons. They are responsible for their own choices. Parenting, even Christian parenting, is messy work with unpredictable results. A wayward child is part of the struggle that comes with living in a broken world; it is not an indictment of your character. Carrying the weight of guilt over parental missteps or failure will not help you be a better parent in the future. Use your energy to love your son or daughter now—in the present. Misplaced guilt and shame often show up in exactly the wrong place. Good Morning people of God! is your switch on for Jesus? Did you know God offers serenity of heart to all believers? The Holy Spirit, who lives inside every follower of Jesus, can keep peace flowing like sap from a vine to its branches. But sadly, this internal wellspring of calm is overlooked by many Christians because of several false assumptions. Some wrongly think that peace is the result of perfect conditions, but this world is broken. That means we will never achieve an ideal existence on this earth, and its circumstances cannot yield serenity. Others believe peace must be requested from God, who seems far away in the heavens. But the union between the Lord and His followers is intimate. Tranquility is available to us immediately from Christ because He lives within us. The Living Bible paraphrase captures how our relationship with Jesus should look: “And now just as you trusted Christ to save you, trust him, too, for each day’s problems; live in vital union with him. Let your roots grow down into him

The Gospel of John is a wonderful place to start when reading the Bible because this verse is in the first chapter which reads, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the WORD WAS GOD.” God’s Word came to us in the form of a baby who was wrapped in swaddling clothes and laid in a manger. The message from God in Heaven declared, “I am sending My only Son to you and His name will be Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins” (see Matthew 1:21). Christ not only came in the flesh, but He can live in you. He can be incarnate in your life. Right now, where you are, you can receive Christ into your life and experience the incarnation of God in the human soul. You can have Christ living in you — “Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). Have you received the Christmas gift God has sent to you? It makes no difference who you are or where you are. Your life can be changed if you will humble yourself and let Christ take up residence in your heart.

When you see yourself as among the least, the last, the littlest, and the lost, God becomes everything. You find yourself drawn nearer to him by the smallest of enjoyments. An hour of listening to Bach reminds you of God. So does sitting under a tree on a blustery day. You peel an onion only to stop and marvel at the beauty of its concentric rings. Everything reminds you of the Lord. First Corinthians 3:21-23 says it best: “All things are yours…the world or life or death or the present or the future—all are yours, and you are of Christ, and Christ is of God.”

Good morning this is the House of Hope the radio ministry program of FGGAM.ORG I'm Pastor Dewey Moede.. This morning I want to share with you something that is on my heart so very heavily! When Jesus called His disciples, they immediately dropped everything and followed Him. We might think that following Christ was easier then because He was physically present with them. Those men walked with Him, heard His instructions, and saw His interactions with people. But since we can’t see, hear, or touch Jesus, how do we follow Him today? When Christ was about to leave this earth, He told His disciples it was to their advantage that He go away because then the Helper could come (John 16:7). He was speaking of the Holy Spirit, who would soon indwell believers (John 14:16-17). The internal presence of the third member of the Trinity is the closest guidance possible, an amazing gift from God to those first-century disciples—and to us.

Welcome to the House of Hope, I'm Pastor Dewey Moede of FGGAM.ORG Eyes of Jesus The story of Jesus washing the disciple’s feet in John 13, has always spurred my thinking. It has especially since we have entered into the time of year of giving and receiving. I was wondering, as I read the story, what were the disciples thinking. The towel and basin of water were undoubtedly at the door. It was the custom of every house and every guest room to place these items by the door. So, I believe, it is a logical assumption to say that the disciples saw these items as they entered the upper room. But, equally obvious is that the thought of any one of them using them personally did not enter their minds. However, when Jesus saw these items, He apparently saw them from a totally different perspective than His companions.

The Bible reminds us that our days are as grass (Psalm 103:15). They are filled with tiny golden minutes with eternity in them. We are exhorted to redeem the time because the days are evil (Ephesians 5:16). As C. T. Studd, the famous Cambridge cricketer wrote while still a student at Cambridge: “Only one life, ‘twill soon be past; only what’s done for Christ will last.” Life is a glorious opportunity if it is used to condition us for eternity. If we fail in this, though we succeed in everything else, our life will have been a failure. There is no escape for the man who squanders his opportunity to prepare to meet God. Our lives are immortal. God made man different from the other creatures. He made him in His own image, a living soul. When this body dies and our earthly existence is terminated, the soul or spirit lives on forever. One hundred years from this day you will be more alive than you are at this moment. The Bible teaches that life does not end at the cemetery. There is a future life with God for th
