Unwilling to cower under Kesslee's tyrannical rule, a pair of outlaws known as Tank Girl (Lori Petty) and Jet Girl (Naomi Watts) rise up, joining the mysterious rebel Rippers to destroy the corrupt system.

Luke and Jae traverse the 2001 world of teenage outsiders in this movie starring Thora Birch, Scarlett Johansson, Brad Renfro, Illeana Douglas and Steve Buscemi. Neo-cool Enid (Thora Birch) and Rebecca (Scarlett Johansson), faced with graduation from high school, take a hard look at the world they wryly observe and decide what they really want. When Enid takes an interest in the offbeat Seymour (Steve Buscemi) and Rebecca focuses her attention on their mutual romantic fixation Josh (Brad Renfro), the girls' friendship is forever changed.

Directed by Robert Wise, Star Trek: The Motion Picture is the science fiction film based on the television series Star Trek created by Gene Roddenberry, who also served as producer. Luke and Jae journey boldly back to 1979 to revisit the first installmemt in the Star Trek film series which stars the cast of the original television series. The Federation calls on Admiral James T. Kirk (William Shatner) and the crew of the Starship Enterprise to contain an immense nimbused object that's on a crash course with Earth. After investigating, the crew discovers that the alien cloud harbors artificial intelligence with an ominous primary directive.

...Groovy! Directed by Sam Raimi, Evil Dead II is the comedy horror film which serves as both a remake and sequel of The Evil Dead (1981). Luke and Jae take a trip back to 1987 to spend some quality time with Bruce Campbell and a bunch of deadites. Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) once again battles horrifying demons at a secluded cabin in the woods. After discovering an audiotape left by a college professor that contains voices reading from the Book of the Dead, Ash's girlfriend Linda (Denise Bixler) becomes possessed by evil spirits that are awakened by the voices on the tape. Ash soon discovers there is no escaping the woods.

The Superman legacy continues as the new Superman is cast (Lois too), Aaron Taylor-Johnson gets bit by a lion in the red-band trailer for Kraven, Jason Blum kind of confirms a Spawn movie, and Netflix has another upcoming generic looking action movie. Paramount+ cancels one of the latest Star Trek shows, we have our first look at the mew live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Linda Hamilton goes back to the 80s.

Directed by James Mangold, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is the action adventure film which serves as the fifth and final instalment in the Indiana Jones franchise – starring Harrison Ford in what is said to be his final portrayal of the title character. Daredevil archaeologist Indiana Jones races against time to retrieve a legendary dial that can change the course of history. Accompanied by his goddaughter (Pheobe Waller-Bridge), he soon finds himself squaring off against Jürgen Voller (Mads Mikkelsen), a former Nazi who works for NASA.

The Titans are back for their fourth and final season! Developed by Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, and Greg Berlanti, Titans is the superhero streaming series based on the DC Comics team Teen Titans. Luke and Jae team up to check out the 12 episode conclusion to this live-action series which sees the returning main cast of Brenton Thwaites Mame-Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, and Joshua Orpin. Having saved Gotham, the Titans hit the road to head back to San Francisco. But after a stop in Metropolis, they find themselves in the crosshairs of a supernatural cult with Powers unlike anything they've faced before.

Directed by Jonathan Liebesman, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the superhero film based on the comic book characters created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. Luke and Nathan get an un ugly 2014 updated redesign as they re-experience the Michael Bay produced fifth theatrical TMNT movie which serves as a reboot to the film series. Spawned from a lab experiment gone awry, teenage terrapins Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael live in the sewers beneath New York. The justice-loving, pizza-eating brothers can't stand idly by while evil Shredder and his minions terrorize the city. With help from intrepid reporter April O'Neil (Megan Fox) and her cameraman (Will Arnett), the Turtles set out to save New York.

Directed by Rod Holcomb, Captain America is the made-for-television superhero movie loosely based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Luke and Nathan find themselves in 1979 to revisit this live-action TV movie which stars Reb Brown as the title hero who fights terror on a motorcycle. Ex-Marine Steve Rogers recieves an experimental body enhancement chemical and then retaliates against his would be killers as a star spangled superhero.

Yabba Dabba Doo! Directed by Brian Levant, The Flintstones is the family comedy film based on the 1960-1966 animated television series of the same name. Luke and Nathan return to the Stone Age (also known as 1994) to revisit this live-action adaption of the Hanna-Barbera cartoon. Prehistoric factory worker Fred Flintstone (John Goodman) lends money to his friend Barney Rubble (Rick Moranis) so that he can adopt a baby. As thanks, Barney getts Fred promoted, however, he becomes embroiled in the dastardly scheming of his boss Cliff Vandercave (Kyle MacLachlan), who enlists his secretary, Sharon Stone (Halle Berry), to seduce Fred, angering Fred's wife, Wilma (Elizabeth Perkins).

Directed by Andy Muschietti, The Flash is the superhero movie based on the DC Comics character of the same name, and it is the thirteenth instalment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). Worlds collide when Barry (Ezra Miller) uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod (Michael Shannon) has arrived on Earth, threatening annihilation, and there are no metahumans to turn to. That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman (Michael Keaton) out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian (Sasha Calle). Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry's only hope rests in his younger self and two different versions of the superheroes he knows.

When the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles must redefine what it means to be a hero.

Directed by, co-written, and starring Sylvester Stallone, The Expendables is the action film featuring an ensemble cast of mostly action film actors including Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Steve Austin, Mickey Rourke, and Bruce Willis. Luke and Nathan return to 2010 to revisit the first installment in this soon to be four-picture film franchise. Mercenary leader Barney Ross (Stallone) and his loyal men take on what they think is a routine assignment: a covert operation to invade the South American country of Vilena and overthrow its dictator. But, when they learn that the job will be a suicide mission, they must choose redemption or the destruction of their brotherhood.

Now a film franchise four movies deep, with more to come, Luke and Jae return to 2014 to revisit the first instalment which has been influential on action films - being seen to have revitalized the genre. Legendary assassin John Wick (Keanu Reeves) retired from his violent career after marrying the love of his life. When sadistic mobster Iosef Tarasov (Alfie Allen) and his thugs steal John's prized car and kill the puppy that was a last gift from his now deceased wife, John unleashes the remorseless killing machine within and seeks vengeance. Meanwhile, Iosef's father (Michael Nyqvist) and John's former colleague, puts a huge bounty on John's head.

The merc with the mouth has been silenced AGAIN, rumour has it that the Transformers could be crossing over with G.I. Joe, and the Karate Kid returns to the big screen. Captain Rex will make his live-action debut, the Lower Decks have entered the live-action medium, and the fate of the live-action Powerpuff Girls is decided.
