Lori La Bey will be talking with Dr. Daniel Gibbs who is one of 5.8 million Americans living with the disease.  The difference here is that Dr Gibbs, a neurologist, had spent twenty-five years caring for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and then realized that he himself might have the disease, even though no official diagnosis or serious signs of cognitive decline have yet occurred?
