Hello ATA Listeners, I know this episode comes somewhat out of order but with Michael and I being on vacation, there was some catching up we had to do on our Continuum watching. So on that note, we ask all of you to just play along with your imaginations as we travel back in time to review not just one but two episodes of Continuum, S02E07 Second Degree and S02E08 Second Listen. In addition, we discuss the advancements in Keira's relationship with Carlos now that he knows she's a time traveler, the back story behind Alec's girlfriend Emily, the quality of SyFy Channel's programming and briefly touch upon new sci-fi shows premiering in the fall such as Fox's Almost Human and CBS's Intelligence.

Hey ATA Listeners, now that we have come back from trips to summer camp and Comic Con, this episode is all about getting our podcast back to where it belongs by reviewing our TV favorites that were also in search of some normalcy this week as the Falling Skies Season 3 Finale brought the show back to its roots of battling an alien invasion out on the open road. In addition, Continuum gave us an episode where Keira got on the wrong side of the law making us want to get back to her original war against terrorists from the future, Burn Notice gave us an indication that it's final season is about Michael fighting to get back his sanity and Under the Dome featured its characters wanting to get back some normalcy as the imprisoned citizens of a New England Town run out of food and water. Throughout the past 20-something years, there have been so many superhero projects that started getting developed before ending up in development limbo and of them was "Superman Lives" - the project that had a script written by Kevin Smith before Nicholas Cage, who would have starred as the Man of Steel and would have been directed by Tim Burton, who had Smith's script re-written, both came on board. There has been so many questions throughout the years like "A giant spider?", "How?", "Why?" but most importantly, "What happened?" Filmmaker Jon Schnepp (Metalocalypse, Grimm Fairy Tales) is now directing a documentary called, The Death of "Superman Lives", What Happened?, which will explore what happened to that Superman project and ATA's Andy Behbakht got to talk with the director about his documentary at this year's San Diego Comic-Con. San Diego Comic-Con was as always a huge event as there were lots of trailers & announcements for movies as well as upcoming seasons of favorite TV shows to get excited over and more. Hi ATA Listeners, I know everything has kind of been all over the place with our podcast as I attended the wonderful Camp Horizon (which you can find out about supporting here) Michael visits Montana for the summer and Nico along with Andy went to San Diego Comic Con 2013. It's never easy to accept when an amazing actor on one of your favorite TV shows passes away - last Saturday night (July 13, 2013) it was reported that 31-year old actor Cory Monteith (who portrayed Finn Hudson on FOX's musical show Glee) was sadly found dead in a hotel room in Vancouver. On this episode of ATA Special Edition, Andy Behbakht and Woo S. Kim joins to discuss some of Monteith's most memorable performances, his best songs, the most inspiring aspects about his character and much more as they pay tribute to a young strong actor that was sadly taken from us too early. Our thoughts goes out to Monteith's family, friends/co-stars, (including real life and TV girlfriend Lea Michelle who portrays Rachel Berry), everyone who works within the Glee production, Ryan Murphy & the creative team for their loss - R.I.P. Cory Monteith; a fantastic actor with a big heart (both on-and-off screen) who will be deeply missed.
