The boys of the MHOD review the latest Avatar album, Avatar Country! Avatar Country is the seventh studio album by Swedish metal band Avatar, released on January 12, 2018. Avatar released a music video for the single, "A Statue of the King" on October 24, 2017, directed by longtime collaborator Johan Carlén.[4] Another video was released on December 19, 2017 for "The King Wants You", once again directed by Johan Carlén. The introduction track, "Glory to Our King" is a rendition of the Swedish royal anthem "Kungssången". Notably, every song on the track listing has the word "King" in its name.

The Orville is an American science fiction comedy-drama series created by and starring Seth MacFarlane that premiered on Sunday, September 10, 2017, with new episodes airing Thursdays on Fox during the 2017–18 season. MacFarlane stars as Ed Mercer, an officer in the Planetary Union's line of exploratory space vessels whose career took a downturn following his divorce, and who is given the titular ship as his first command, only to discover that his ex-wife, Kelly Grayson (Adrianne Palicki), has been assigned to be his First Officer. Inspired by the television series Star Trek, the series tells the story of Mercer, Grayson, and the crew of the Orville as they embark on various diplomatic and exploratory missions.

UFC 220 is in the books, and the 411 expert panel is here to break down all of the action.  Stipe Miocic made history by becoming the first UFC heavyweight champion to defend his title three consecutive times, Daniel Cormier retained the light heavyweight title, and Rob Font scored a big win against Thomas Almeida.  The panel will also look back at Fight Night 124 when Jeremy Stephens defeated Doo Ho Choi and Jessica Rose Clark defeated Paige VanZant.  Finally a look ahead to UFC on FOX 27, headlined by a rematch between Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza and Derek Brunson, Souza smoked Brunson originally but that was years ago and Brunson is looking to position himself in the title picture.

The boys are back to review the latest Corrosion of Conformity album, No Cross No Crown! Corrosion of Conformity (also known as C.O.C.) is an American heavy metal band from Raleigh, North Carolina formed in 1982. For almost the majority of its existence, the band has consisted of guitarist Woody Weatherman, bassist Mike Dean (who left in 1987 but rejoined six years later), drummer Reed Mullin (who left in 2001 but rejoined nine years later) and vocalist and rhythm guitarist Pepper Keenan (who joined the band in 1989). After a hiatus in 2006, Corrosion of Conformity returned in 2010 without Keenan, who had been busy touring and recording with Down, but announced their reunion with him in December 2014. Corrosion of Conformity started as a hardcore punk band but later moved towards a slower and blues-tinged heavy metal sound. To date, the band has released nine studio albums, four EPs, one compilation, and one live album. Their first three studio albums?Eye for an Eye (1984), Animosity (1985) and Blind (1991)

The boys review the latest Watain album, Trident Wolf Eclipse! Trident Wolf Eclipse (stylized ·TRIDENT·WOLF·ECLIPSE·) is the sixth full-length studio album by the Swedish black metal band Watain. The album was released on January 5, 2018 through Century Media Records. The album marks a significant shift away from the progressive style of Watain's previous album, The Wild Hunt, and a return to their earlier more traditional and aggressive black metal sound. According to frontman Erik Danielsson, the album title should be read as three separate words which were chosen to represent symbolic concepts which the band consider central to their music. Trident Wolf Eclipse received generally favourable reviews from music critics upon release.
