So Jordan Peele's latest film, 'Us', has arrived and it ends up being a great movie that ends up rolling its ankle as the story progresses. Unlike Get Out, this is a film that will definitely need multiple viewings to really get everything out of it. For the longest time since late 90's/Early 2000's, James Cameron had been sitting on the project of doing an adaptation of the Yukito Kishiro property Battle Angel Alita. Constant stories and an Avatar movie later, we finally get his movie realized on the big screen and it ends up being a decent watch overall. The main thing about this film is that the visuals and action is what keeps your attention from beginning to end. Its not to say the acting is bad. Its okay and its really Christoph Waltz  and Rosa Salazar that stand out with there respective characters especially Rosa's Alita. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! The annual show on BAM! This year we keep it black and do a legit love story and then we take the piss out of it. Cuz Dee and DjTsu are buttholes. This year it's Jason's Lyric, a movie brush aside as just an okay black film but is actually VERY good. We talk Southern Rap of the Mid 90's, Dee keeps calling the 5th Ward of Texas Galveston for some reason, Cj being told he's the white guy at the family reunion, Jada looking cute, Allen Payne's hairy ass, DjTsu doing some fine ass acting and much more.
