    Dave Albin, born in 1954 in Hollywood, California, was adopted by his Aunt and Uncle at age 5 after being raised by a single mother. At 11, his adoptive parents revealed they were not his biological parents, which coincided with their descent into alcoholism. This led Dave down a troubled path, starting with alcohol at 12 and progressing to hard drugs by 14. Eventually, in June 1988, he joined Alcoholics Anonymous to address his addiction. In 1995, Dave attended a seminar with Tony Robbins and was introduced to the personal development industry, ultimately working for Robbins as his Firewalk Captain for nearly two decades. After retiring from the Anthony Robbins Companies in 2014, Dave founded Firewalk Productions, LLC. Throughout his career, he has organized events for notable organizations such as NASA, Google, and Chick-fil-A, as well as prominent figures like Wayne Dyer and Tony Robbins himself. Presently, Dave resides in Ashe County, North Carolina, nestled in the Appalachian Mountains.
