With a strong background in thoughtful, attainable consumer goods and products for national brands, she leads a team responsible for research, ideation, conceptualization, and development of innovations directly stemmed from product strategy and end user needs. She joined Pella Corporation’s Innovation team as Senior Industrial Designer in January 2017. Jenn's professional passions include trends analysis, STEEP level guidance on product integrations as well as end user insights to support modern design and innovation in windows, door, and fenestration products.
