Brent Pohlman is the CEO and owner of Midwest Laboratories, a company his father founded in 1975. Starting at just 15 years old, Brent worked his way up and became CEO in 2016. Driven by faith, Brent leads from the heart, focusing on people, processes, and technology in that order. He is passionate about teaching others to lead effectively and believes leadership begins with self-reflection and authenticity. Brent holds degrees in business administration, secondary education, and an MBA in human resources, and enjoys hobbies like working out, reading, and attending Kansas City Chiefs games. He lives in Omaha, Nebraska, with his family.
