They talk about how underwhelmed they are by the Oscar nominations, how scared Ernesto is of RESIDENT EVIL 7, and what they think of the title STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI! Plus, another exciting chapter from ten year old John's comic book: X-Men vs. The Fantastic Nine!

Do we have an insane episode for you this week! We start out by hearing about a birthday party Melanie went to FEATURING roller skating birds! Then, we talk all about the NINTENDO SWITCH and the games that will be coming out with it! Ernesto went to see LA LA LAND, and he has a review for us. John doesn't enjoy the ideas Duncan Jones has for a GREEN LANTERN movie, and the gang discusses the trailer for NETFLIX'S SANTA CLARITA DIET. John also reads CHAPTER 3 of X-MEN VS. THE FANTASTIC NINE!

We're back! Well, we're back more than we were back last week. Ernesto and John are joined by their good friend Melanie! The trio talk about Mel's cosplaying and her adventures in motherhood! Then, they talk about some of the video games they're playing and Ernesto tells us about his "wonderful" GameStop experience. They also discuss some of their favorite films from 2016, and what they're excited for coming up this year! Melanie also tells Ernesto and John about SKY SHARKS. John also reads the first two chapters from a comic book he wrote when he was just ten years old!

Dylan has some strong words for THE KILLING JOKE movie, and two thirds of us saw STAR TREK: BEYOND. Also, we discuss LITERALLY EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED AT SAN DIEGO COMIC CON. Probably. We might have missed one or two things. We also mention SAMURAI PIZZA CATS, which are words that probably haven't been said together since 1993. All this, and much more!

The upstanding gentlemen of the NOTLG Network are back! They're covering all the entertainment news that matters! Or, at least, matters to them! John doesn't think he could handle a VR game, as we talk about all the highlights from E3. We talk about Donald Glover FINALLY being cast in a Spider-Man movie, even if his role is unknown at this point. We talk about the trailers for Pete's Dragon, Moana, and Stranger Things as well! Ernesto also tells us about the time he almost ran over a famous director, and we almost come to fists (over the internet) about our differing opinions of "Super 8". All this and we answer the question: Would we wear the new Star Wars "JEDI" cologne?!

Ernesto and John are joined this week by pineapple-hating guest host Marianne! The trio talk about the worst movie they've ever seen, the cancellation of Yahoo! Screen, and Steve from Blue's Clues! They also talk about the hand full of trailers that came out in the past week, as well as some movie news! So check it out!

Happy New Year from YaketyCAST! We're all either hung over and sick, but we still got together to talk about the week that happened in media! We watched the trailer for "Everybody Wants Some", which brought up some interesting comments about "Dazed and Confused". It came out that Leonardo DiCaprio had turned down a couple of roles, so we figure out what movies he wouldn't have made if he took those roles. We also reminiscence about how terrible "Indian Jones and the Crystal Skull" was, and how slow the internet was in the 90's.
