Brad gives his explanation and opinions based off of the first-hand experience with terrorists and narcissists and how to handle them. This episode is theoretical. Living Outside Your Comfort Zone and Embracing Failure
17/07/2017 Duración: 01h05min"Don't be afraid to struggle. You will become stronger the older you get. Struggle creates something unique and different." - Terry Cook Being uncomfortable and failing are two things most people try to avoid but Terry Cook embraced this zone. This seems to be an ongoing theme among successful people. Life seems to happen when you play in that zone between being comfortable and uncomfortable. If you're constantly in a state of comfort then no growth occurs. If you're constantly in a state of discomfort then you die at 50 years old of a heart attack. Terry, originally from Spencer, Iowa, wrestled at the University of Nebraska and ranked as high as fourth in the country. He went on to work in the fundraising industry for 10 years. If you don't know Terry, he's also a pretty damn good golfer. So I'll use golf to paint a picture of this analogy. All golfers shank their shots or miss easy putts but the good golfers do it less. They do it less because they learn from their mistakes. Ju

Code Name: Johnnie Walker
02/06/2017 Duración: 01h42minThis is a very special episode for me. Johnny Walker was an interpreter for the U.S. Navy SEALs. He served on thousands of missions with the SEALs in a place he once called home. Johnny went from being a normal truck driver to becoming arguably one of the greatest interpreters of all time. Although, Johnny would never say that. Johnny would say he was just another member of the team doing the best he could trying to protect his brothers. The podcast was done recorded at Danny's Bar in Coronado, CA. This bar is where SEALs return to after a deployment, and after newly initiated SEALs go to celebrate. Due to the nature of our location the podcast audio quality is not the best.
