It's time to talk about a threequel!! Today's film has been MANY years in the making. Unfortunately, it went through some troubled times, even ahead of its filming. We've now seen three different versions of Grindelwald. One, on purpose because of the plot of the first movie, and one because of everything else that was surrounding Johnny Depp. This caused a TON of drama pre filming, and the different in looks was never even addressed in the movie. But, we are of course talking about Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. "Professor Albus Dumbledore knows the powerful, dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Our team seems to really like the projects that are coming out of South Korea. They have really nailed some great television lately, and we're excited for all of it. One of the projects was a zombie series titled Kingdom. It such a unique take on the zombie genre, that sometimes can feel played out at this point. Who doesn't love the iteration of Daredevil that we have currently? And I know that most people have been super into the Moon Knight show that we're getting from Marvel as well. What most people don't know, especially if you don't read the comic books, is that they've crossed paths in the past. Today we're delving back into comic books where we discuss the 13th issue of Moon Knight. "Both out on parole, cellmates Jester and Ace Taggert have teamed up to get revenge those who wronged them. Jester wants to target James Martin, the director he blames for the end of his acting career, and Taggert has vowed to kill Moon Knight for putting him away." It's one issue, of a long Moon Knight series, but it really does start and finish the story within that one issue. Yes, there were some earlier, and some better versions of the Marvel universe, but this movie is SO close to Iron Man, the movie that started it all. Juan's biggest comic book collection happens to be Amazing Spider-Man. Not sure why I chose this book to be the series that I wanted to collect, but I did, and it is one of the more successful series of anything that I collect. With only a handful of issues needed between issues 100-300 I can say that I'm a huge fan of Spider-Man. SO, it was fun revisiting ASM for today's episode!! Well I'm not sure what tier superhero's that we've delved into, but we are diving deeper and deeper into the Marvel comic book lore! Maybe just two years ago nobody would have thought that we would be getting a Moon Knight series, and here we are!! We're talking about the Disney+ series, Moon Knight!! Since that point there has been almost 18 different video games/expansions that have come out to make this world even bigger! This did not include making the jump to the small screen, until now!
