This week the Manx Footy Pod team are joined by two of St Mary's AFC's finest, player/manager Alex Harrison and sharp shooter Josh Evans.  We discuss bringing the club back from the brink, how they've adapted to life back in the Canada Life Premier League, Alex delivering takeaways to his own team and Josh's goal-poaching ability amongst many other things.  Plus there are tons of your questions, Alex talks FC Isle of Man, we look ahead to this weekend's fixtures and Dave takes us into Combi Corner, reads the weather and gives us a run down of the Women's Floodlit Cup.

With Andy away on monkey business, Sam is at the helm of the good ship Footy Pod as we welcome Paul Hatton aboard to talk everything from biscuits to supermarkets in stadiums.  Hatty talks us through his favourite ever goals, how he became the Isle of Man's answer to Chris Kamara and which pub does the best Guinness. Plus our panel look ahead to another weekend of top action from the Canada Life Premier League, DPS Division 2 and the NWCFL Premier Division.

In the eighth edition of this season's Manx Footy Pod, the team welcome the first guests of the 2023-24 campaign. After an extended break because of the 'c word', the #ManxFootyPod returns with an update on #FCIsleofMan and how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected its plans to join the English #nonleague system. Guest Paul Jones also reveals that memberships open for the club, and umbrella organisation Sporting Club Isle of Man, on Monday and the benefits that come with them. *There's no Disco Dave in the special lockdown episode, but don't worry he's safe and well in his Onchan holiday home.
