United Soccer Coaches Director of Coaching Education Ian Barker kicks off the show giving some ideas on how to stay fresh and stay excited during this down time. Shaun Soderling, women's head coach at Brescia University, and host of #SoccerChat talks about Coaches Call, an initiative he started as a way for coaches to stay connected with one another. Bobby Puppione of FC Virginia talks about how his Girls' DA club is staying connected during this time away from one another and Jen Myhre, head women's coach at Anderson University, from the Faith-Based Coaches Advocacy Group wraps up the show to talk about team Care, connection & commitment.

United Soccer Coaches CEO Lynn Berling-Manuel kicks off the show to talk about Coronavirus, the impact it is having on the game, the association and coaches, as well as what the association is doing in response. We hear from Chris Presbyterian Academy head boys and girls coach Tom Gerlach in our latest in a series with the Faith-Based Coaches Advocacy Group about team culture. We then head back to #BMORE20 and hear from Jim Paglia, a brand strategist who worked with the association during the re-brand to United Soccer Coaches.

On this week's show Dean visits with Mike Lynch, Head Women's Soccer Coach at Belmont Abbey College, and Chair for the Faith-Based Coaches Advocacy Group. In the first of six episodes with members of the Faith-Based coaches group, Mike focuses on sportsmanship and ethics. In our second interview we head back to #BMORE20 and hear from Ira Jersey, host of the League 1 Fun Podcast.

On this week's show we chat with Hank Steinbrecher, former Secretary General of U.S. Soccer on a variety of topics and hear stories from a lifetime spent in and around the game. We head back to the 2020 Convention in Baltimore as well to hear an interview with Thom Meredith. He shares stories from his time with U.S. Soccer including the 1994 and 1999 World Cups hosted in the United States.

On this week's show we talk about the U.S. Soccer AGM and the next steps for the bylaw proposal with CEO Lynn Berling-Manuel and Mike Cullina, the at-large representative on the U.S. Soccer Board of Directors. We also chat with Mike about his club, Prince William Soccer Club and hear from his Director of Operations Rob Cheshire in an interview recorded at #BMORE20.

We preview the 2020 United Soccer Coaches Convention in Baltimore with Director of Coaching Education Ian Barker, Amanda Ferranti of Ferranti Empowerment, a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, and past president Dr. Jay Martin. Barker and Ferranti preview their sessions and we talk with Martin about his upcoming induction into the Hall of Fame.

Foundation Development Officer Amanda Mitchell talks about Giving Tuesday coming up next week and all donated funds going to the For the Good of the Game Fund. Author Wayne Coffey joins the show discussing his daughter, Sam Coffey, midfielder for Penn State, as well as his career as an author and his book, "When Nobody Was Watching: My Hard-Fought Journey to the Top of the Soccer World" about Carli Lloyd. We chat with Indiana sophomore defender Jack Maher and UC Santa Barbara head coach Tim Vom Steeg ahead of their Sweet 16 matchup on Sunday.

On this week's show with sit down with Bryan "The Goose" Finnerty, former GK for San Diego State and the Detroit Rockers of the NPSL. He has twin boys both playing in college including Owen, a freshman GK for Michigan, who stepped in to help the Wolverines to the Big 10 Championship game in almost the exact same way as his father did at SDSU in 1987. We also sit down with Dean Koski, head men's coach at Lehigh, who has four boys that are all associated with the Lehigh program as either a player or a coach. We hear from him about having four sons play and/or coach for him all at the same time.

Chris Henderson, Vice President of Soccer & Sporting Director for the Seattle Sounders joins the show talking about MLS Cup and the Sounders' consistency. We also chat with Chris Rich, head men's coach at UNC Greensboro, Arkansas head women's coach Colby Hale and Sian Hudson, head women's coach at Colorado-Colorado Springs.

This week's show features interviews with Clemson men's head coach Mike Noonan and Michigan head women's coach Jennifer Klein about their seasons and the approaching postseason. We chat with former USMNT player Steve Trittschuh and hear about his coaching journey.
