We talk about the 21st Century Model proposal. United Soccer Coaches Director of College Programs Rob Kehoe gives an updated summary on the proposal and the next steps before the NCAA votes on the proposal in April. We hear from UCLA Head Women's Coach Amanda Cromwell, who is in favor of the women's game heading the same direction, and Oklahoma State Head Women's Coach Colin Carmichael who thinks maybe we should take a step back and really look at the proposal. We chat with Women's Coaches Advocacy Chair Sam Snow, who previews Convention, the National Diploma at Convention and some of the women's coaches group socials and events. Heather O'Reilly of the North Carolina Courage joins hosts Dean Linke to talk about the NWSL Final, which is her final game, and moving into the coaching ranks. We also chat with 30 Under 30 members Su DelGuercio and Lora Gralheer and we meet Stu Wilkin, men's soccer player at Missouri State. The Bears are the last remaining undefeated team in Division I men's soccer and are ranked No. 9 in the latest rankings.

Dan Lauletta from Equalizer Soccer joins the show to talk about the U.S. Women's National Team's next head coach and NWSL Playoffs. UCF men's coach Scott Calabrese and Memphis women's coach Brooks Monaghan join the show to talk about their seasons and careers. We also hear from Mat Dunn, head women's coach at NAIA No. 1 Keiser University, and we meet another 30 Under 30 member, Pam Monnier, head coach at Allegheny College.

Garry Rosenfield from Coaches, Inc. joins the show to preview the Professional Development Workshop that they'll host at Convention. Cal State Fullerton head men's coach George Kuntz leads off the show talking about the Titans' 7-0 start to the season, his coaching career and his experiences with United Soccer Coaches. UC San Diego head women's coach Kristin Jones has the Tritons ranked No. 1 in Division II, she played at UCSD, was an assistant coach and is now in her 1st year as the head coach. Jen Cooper, Editorial Director for NWSL broadcasts, joins the show talking all things NWSL. United Soccer Coaches President Jeff Farnsworth kicks off the show remembering the association's first Executive Director, Jim Sheldon. Director of Coaching Education, Ian Barker joins the show to discuss all things related to education including an upcoming trip to the Scottish FA. We chat with Florida head women's coach Becky Burleigh who recently won her 500th career game and Jim McElderry, head men's coach at Rutgers, who has the Scarlet Knights off to a great start in his 1st season. We also meet two more members of the 30 Under 30 Class; Molly Rouse, assistant coach at Minnesota; and Emma Clark, assistant coach at Seton Hall.

We chat with our returning NCAA-III championship coaches Michelyne Pinard of Williams College and Josh Shapiro of Tufts University. Steve McCrath talks about trying to defend the D2 men's title with Barry and Dave DiIanni talks his start in D2 and his rise to his 6th year at Iowa. We also chat with new Youth Advocacy Council Chair Marguerite Ferrell, her Hall of Fame playing career at Fairleigh Dickinson and her coaching career including stops in D1, New York Red Bulls and now U.S. Soccer. We also meet 30 Under 30 member Sam Polak.

We look back at the 1982 NCAA Championship game between Indiana and Duke, the topic of an upcoming documentary titled Worth The Wait. We chat with the Hall of Fame head coaches of both teams, Jerry Yeagley and John Rennie. We also chat with Tucker Gragg, video director for Blueline Pictures as well as then-Indiana assistant coach Don Rawson. We also meet two more 30 Under 30 members, Hannah Brown and Jeff Lucco.

Maryland head coach Sasho Cirovski kicks off the show recapping his team's 2018 national title, looking ahead to 2019 as well as the push for a two-semester season for men's Division I soccer. Clark head coach Matt O'Toole joins host Dean Linke to talk about his late friend Matt Cushing and the fund they've created in his name. Ellery Gould, the new head coach of CalTech joins the show and talks about her journey as a student-athlete to now as a head coach. We also meet two more of our 30 Under 30 members, Evan Bransdorfer and Melissa Charloe.

Florida State head women's coach Mark Krikorian kicks off the show recapping his teams 2018 national title, the Women's World Cup and looks ahead to 2019. Nikki Elsaesser, new head coach of Houghton College, joins the show to talk about her path to a head coaching job at just 25 years of age. Amanda Mitchell from the United Soccer Coaches Foundation talks about grant and scholarship applications, which open on Aug. 9. We also meet two more members of the 30 Under 30 class, Taylor Adcock and Ross Liberati.

We preview the 2019 college season with United Soccer Coaches Director of College Programs Rob Kehoe. New SIUE head coach Cale Wasserman talks about his journey to being a DI head coach. Kelsi Steele joins the show to talk USL and we meet Lou Liberatore and Jen Larrick from the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Program.

Steven Goff of the Washington Post joins the show talking all things soccer. He recaps the USWNT World Cup run, the Gold Cup and USL Championship.
