#269 Scalar Energy with Tom Paladino
12/08/2022 Duración: 01h01minTom began research with Scalar Energy during his undergraduate years after developing a deep admiration for the father of Scalar Energy research or knowledge, Nikola Tesla. The existence of such energy not found within the electromagnetic spectrum, fascinated Tom. #265 Stop bullying yourself with Anna-Marie Frank
18/06/2022 Duración: 58min'We believe traditional treatments such as counseling, nutrition, detox, exercise, psychotherapy, and pharmaceuticals have their place in the recovery process. We also know, they’re not always successful for everyone. Matters of the mind and pains of the body and soul are often “intangible”. They often can’t be explained as readily as they are understood by a direct experience.' - Anna-Marie Frank Gift to you! A healthy business and a flourishing private life didn’t seem possible to her at first. She is also a mother of a beautiful daughter and of 4 fur babies (3 kitties and 1 cutest ever sausage dog). "So getting everything organised has been a must each time I left for a few days or even a couple of weeks. And in 2019 that was no less than 15 times . . . So I get it when it comes to organising pick ups, food, homework, pet meds, after school activities, dog walks, etc, etc . . . it can be a lot! Even though I had to cut back thanks to “ the rona” I still traveled for my own pleasure whenever I could. And I’ve got to say I have truly nailed the process. By now, I rarely, if ever, check my phone and I know my team has it handled and I get back without piles of stuff to do whipping all traces of relaxation out of me." "Finally I want to share my belief with you that we should do our best to live

#263 Through injury and back with Regan Phillips
03/06/2022 Duración: 51minLet me give you a bit of background so that you can see where Regan's passion and love for rugby and fitness came from. He's been rugby-mad since he was a kid. He played every weekend at any chance he could get, playing for local teams and captaining the Essex U18s. Unfortunately, his biscuit knees halted his playing career with 3 surgeries by the time he was 17. During his rehab, he started learning strongman movements and was able to enter strongman competitions. He even got up to Britain’s Strongest Man u90kg before, you guessed it, getting injured again. Despite these setbacks, his determination and love for training made him want to continue, but this time with a new angle. With everything he had learnt through rugby, strongman and life, he focussed on helping others achieve their goals. That’s when his coaching career started. Within 9 months his diary was filled with personal training, group coaching, fitness classes and S&C sessions. He built a community of like-minded guys all looking to lose wei
