Met this guy Martin Rizo a few years ago as a young, naive comic who started out sleeping on his mom's couch and making goofy internet videos - some of which went viral. He's still making those videos but he's graduated to his own apartment now... I think... he's also grown as a stand-up comedian and has even done a few commercials on the side to pay the bills. A few years ago, comedian Josh Adam Meyers was at a crossroads, not sure what direction to go with his comedy, had just lost a best friend in an accident, was going through some depressing times and then he decided to take a risk and create something different. Out of this came the God Damn Comedy Jam, a live show he began doing monthly in Los Angeles that now has been picked up by Comedy Central.
