When Is It Time to Retire?
30/10/2023 Duración: 23min“How much do I need to retire?” is probably the most frequent questions that our CFP® Professionals are asked. However, “When can I retire?” or “When is it time to retire?” aren’t too far behind. If you work with an advisor who gives you an immediate answer to any of those questions, they’re really a financial advisor in name only. They’re probably more of a financial salesperson. They’ll likely just sell you investments, make a commission, and not put your needs first. Unfortunately, there are a lot of financial salespeople within our industry. Logan DeGraeve, CFP®, AIF® and Chris Rett, CFP®, AIF® are going to help explain why it’s important to avoid those financial salespeople and what all needs to be done to get an accurate answer to “When is it time to retire?” Retirement Plan Checklist: https://bit.ly/46KfXAF Setting Up a Spending Plan for Retirement: https://youtu.be/WLCsavk83e8 Must-Knows for Couples Retirement Planning: https://youtu.be/o4eiAkWGc3k Unexpected Expenses & How to Plan for Them: http

7 Reasons People Run Out of Retirement Money
12/10/2023 Duración: 25minWe’ve seen our fair share of mind-blowing statistics in retirement planning surveys over the years. Our jaws nearly hit the floor, though, when seeing a statistic in recent study from Allianz Life. Retirement Savings By Age
18/09/2023 Duración: 24minThe question, “How Much Do I Need to Retire?” certainly makes for an attention-grabbing headline. And we get it. It’s a very frequently asked question and we’ve even published an article with that exact headline. But if you’re expecting to read that article and get a definitive answer to that question that includes a retirement savings by age breakdown, that’s not what you’ll find. Unfortunately, a lot of people try to do back-of-the-hand math or use a retirement calculator to get the quickest answer possible to how much they should have in retirement savings by age. They’ll get an answer, but it won’t be correct. Why? Because your retirement savings be age goals and how much you need to retire can vary based on several different factors. Those factors include your goals, lifestyle, age, income, health, market volatility, inflation, interest rates, tax rates hikes, etc. Retirement Plan Checklist: https://bit.ly/3PDPOxf Don't Retire Without Doing These 8 Things: https://youtu.be/nbF2B5efXtc Kick Off Retirement
