This week Coral, Russ, Adam, and I discuss our thoughts about the Stranger Things Season 4 Part 2 finale, The Boys Season 3 Finale, and Star Trek Strange New Worlds Season 1 Finale.  Intermixed between all of the season finales, we discuss Ms Marvel episode 4 & 5 I hope you enjoy the energy everyone had for these shows because I have no idea what we will be discussing in the next episode. Adam started his new job and Nathan talked about his birthday party. Russ and I talk about what we think is good whisky… Adam and  I have major love for the new “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Shredder's Revenge.” We eventually talk about Project 4K77 and why we still dislike the Special Edition then we move on to our Obi-Wan Kenobi Part V and Part VI discussion, then we move into Episode 3 “Destined” of Ms Marvel.  We also get into The Boys Episode 4 “Glorious Five Year Plan,” Episode 5 “The Last Time to Look on This World of Lies,” and Episode 6 “Herogasm” before moving onto Star Trek Episode 7 “The Serene Squall” and Episode 8 “The Elysian Kingdom.”  –Nathan Email

Hot damn, we have a lot of amazing shows to talk about this week, with Coral, Adam, Russ and Nathan. We just right into our favorite with our Stranger Things Season 4 Recap and how we are all waiting on bated breath for the last 2 episodes to drop in July. Lucky for us, there are so many crazy good shows to watch like, the return of The Orville. Personally I like the new look of the show and we find it weird having to compare it to good Star Trek, but we eventually get to Orville Episode 1 “Electric Sheep” & Episode 2 “Shadow Realms.”   This week we also talk about  Star Trek Strange New Worlds Episode 5 “Spock Amoke” & Episode 6 “Lift Us Where Suffering Cannot Reach” and if that wasn’t enough sci-fi, we get to dissect Obi-Wan Kenobi episode 3 & 4 and figure out why some of us love it when some are losing patience with the show.  A film that I kind of knew was coming but, for the most part, I was in the dark and had no clue that this film was basically a spiritual sequel to Roger Rabbit. By that I mean cartoons that  are actually interacting with real people that look well, not like some other bad films (looking at both of you Space Jam.)   Join Adam and I as well just talk about our favorite gags and just gush about Chip N Dale: Rescue Rangers.    –Nathan 

It’s a two man show with the Bias Bros as Adam and Nathan catch up. There is a ton of amazing new TV on right now but before we get into the shows we watched, Adam shares his thoughts on “Prehistoric Planet” and I learn a thing or two about the modern theories of Dinosaurs. While I binged the newest season of Stranger Things, we only discussed the first two episodes and how Argyle is the best new character on the show.    We then focused our attention on our favorite Star Trek show, Star Trek Strange New Worlds Episode 3 “Ghost of Illyria” and Episode 4 “Memento Mori.” Oh yeah, did you know Disney’s Plus just dropped two episodes of “Obi-Wan Kenobi?” OMG, we are super excited for this show. Russ, Coral and Nathan are on this week as we talk about being old. Russ watched the most television, Coral still doesn’t hardly say anything, and Nathan and Russ talk more about Halo, a show we watch but don’t love and can’t hate either.  A show that I love/hate, we discuss Star Trek Picard: Episode 8: Mercy & Episode 9: Hide and Seek. Now a show that we all love is Moon Knight Episode 4: The Tomb & Episode 5: Asylum. –Nathan

After talking too long with our last episode,  Russ, Coral, Adam and I pushed back our Dr Strange discussion as a supplemental episode. We go on about what made this movie work for us and what were our favorite parts of this film. Sharing theories and confirming what we saw in this insane Marvel film. This week Coral, Adam, Russ and I come together for this week’s very info rich show. Adam talks about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Last Ronin’s 5th and final issue.  Nathan bought games and we actually have a video game conversation!? Then we move onto our opinions about the Star Trek Picard Finale, then we gush about Star Trek Strange New World: Episode 1: Strange New Worlds & Episode 2: Children of the Comet. We got even more excited about the Moon Knight Episode 6 Finale: Gods and Monsters. Eventually we run out of time and push back our Dr Strange 2: Multiverse of Madness as a Supplemental episode. Coral, Russ, Adam and Nathan are all together again to bring you the show of the ages! We jump into Star Trek Picard  Episode 6 “Two of One” and Episode 7 “Monsters” and after personally catching up with this new show, we finally got to talk about Halo and about what we love and hated about the series, so far, then it dawned on us that we would rather talk about Moon Knight Episode 1-3. I have personal woes and it felt like life was kicking my butt but we struggled through it to make this awesome episode for you. This week we jump right into the main discussion of  Star Trek Picard Episode 4 "Watcher" & Episode 5 "Fly Me to the Moon," we have a brief chat about the "Halo" TV show and my absolute hatred for sci-fi space mullets. We pushed our Moon Knight talk for the next episode because I forgot to watch it...  We have a Coral recommendation of “Outlander” then she and I gush about "Bridgerton" Season 2 and I come to the conclusion that I just enjoy stories from that time period because we go into the new film “Death on the Nile.”  The big movie of the week is “Turning Red '' and how it is a film that I can  totally relate to and it is just so damn adorable.  –Nathan   

Adam, Coral, Russ and I are pooping about our weekly BS while also loving and hating Star Trek Discovery and Star Trek Picard. We are quickly catching up on our back log. :) --Nathan

Chalk it up to mismanagement or my pure stupidity, somehow I deleted the wrong files and have lost several episodes after we started recording bi-monthly. So basic run down, we are all loving Star Trek Discovery but still have issues with pacing but enjoying the character adjustments this season. That should catch you all  up. Coral opens up about her bicycle maintenance which baffles Russ and Nathan as we reminisce how many bikes were stolen between us. Then I went and told my sucky Taekwondo story.  Main topic is Star Trek Discovery: Episode 8 & Episode 9 and the season finale of Peacemaker.  –Nathan

Russ and I are glad we don’t have kids, then we eventually get on topic of the Book of Boba Fett then talk about what we liked and hated about this finale. This week, I was recovering from Covid 19 which completely knocked me down on my butt. Russ and I have a quick chat about “Wheel of Time” and “The Witcher” as Russ gives his must see TV recommendation. All three of us go into our Book of Boba Fett discussion and I come out thinking that Slave I is a terrible designed starship, but we are really excited to see Mando as “hired muscle” next week. The big surprise was our reaction to the Star Trek Prodigy: Time Amok. Our course Russ and Nate’s favorite show this week is Peacemaker: The Choad Less Traveled. All in all, I have some Arcane to watch and more shows to edit, so if you’ll excuse me, I will leave you to it. Thank you for listening to our Outdated References Podcast.  –Nathan

We are on a misson to prove Adam wrong...   Adam was being a stressed out turd and couldn't make it to the show but we wanted to talk about Star Trek Prodigy: Episode 07 “First Con-Tact," "Book of Boba Fett: Chapter 3: Streets of Mos Espa," "The Eternals," "Ghostbuster Afterlife," and "Peacemaker" and he said it's impossible.
