    09/04/2020 Duración: 13min

Trapped for naps all day at home?? Yep, been there! A few years ago my oldest was on a 1 nap schedule and my youngest was rocking 2 naps. That meant that we had maybe 1.5 hours between naps, and then an awkward gap at the end of the day when no one wanted to hang out...and gym classes weren't meeting. So, I took matters into my own hands! I manipulated our nap schedule so that I could get out and enjoy a yoga class! In this episode I teach you: How to know if this is a right fit for your baby What I did to manipulate my daughter's nap schedule How much sleep a 6-12 month baby needs each day What bending the rules and enjoying a great sleeper is like! I'd love to hear from YOU! Leave a review on Apple Podcasts and tell me your sleep wins!  Follow Becca on Instagram | Facebook | YouTube | Pinterest
