Due to a minor setback, the 68th episode for the podcast is being held off for one week. But that does not mean you will be without an episode. Originally a 2018 Halloween exclusive episode to the (now defunct) What Lurks Behind Podcast Zero website, this week 'PostMortem' Paul has decided to release through the Next Level Network a "flashback episode" from 2016. In its debut release, from The Bats, Bows n' Books Podcast, Paul had unleashed to the world his picks for the "seven must watch movies" one should consume during the Halloween season. Two years later, this episode was "reborn" through the website for Podcast Zero. Since most people of the horror ilk wish there could be a second Halloween in February, what better time to share this with the Next Level community than now. It was two years ago, on a day just like today. Or maybe it wasn't like today, but whatever. Two years ago, Podcast Zero was given birth upon the world wide web. Two years later, your host is reviewing a movie about a pastor who turns into a dinosaur and kills criminals. How great it is to see that the show has set the bar high, wouldn't you say? Oh well. This week, What Lurks Behind Podcast Zero returns with a fresh new review of a movie that (surprisingly) didn't see its' release day in the 1980's. Instead, Postmortem Paul goes back only 20 years, to the year 2000, to review a movie that highlights cheating death with characters who, may or may not have, cheated on their math exams. This week the focus is on the teen horror hit from director James Wong, FINAL DESTINATION, starring Devon Sawa and Ali Larter. Also this week, Paul gives his quick thoughts on the Netflix release of THE OCTOBER FACTION and recommends a movie that is "out of this world". And before the review of the week, Paul also expresses a few well wishes to the hosts of fellow network podcast DC Prime Time, as they close up shop after four awesome years of podcasting. But that's okay, because this week Postmortem Paul is going to deliver the goods to you, as he dives into the British slasher "gem" about a killer whose had enough of good old Saint Nick. Also this week, a quick recap of Joe Bob's Red Christmas, and a recommendation for another holiday horror flick available now on Shudder. After a month long hiatus, Postmortem Paul is back with a brand spanking new episode!!
