Ray Keating explains that the widely quoted monthly jobs report released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics is actually two reports in one, and the topline numbers often get misinterpreted by the media and politicians. Keating sets the record straight, noting that the real story usually requires digging a little deeper into this report.
