Episode 15 - My personal reflections 14 episodes in
29/08/2018 Duración: 22minI share my personal origin story, why this podcast has been created, the key themes that I have heard & learned come up throughout these first 14 podcasts & the clarity that we are all connected as one, singular, human race, above all else. I actually felt quite emotional recording this summary as: 1) the giving nature of those contributing hit me and 2) the absolute clarity as to where the major opportunities lay are so evident All of these opportunities are 100%, distinctly & deeply human. There is nothing in these first 14 podcasts around myopically focusing on quarterly results or metrics. Design work around the connected human beings that you are already paying billions for per day, and you you will give meaning & drive improved outcomes. It IS that simple for me. Focus areas that will help drive this and that I am keen to support others with are around: - mindset - trust - curiosity - inclusion - purpose & vision - effective listening Please find here -> https://thelisten
