One of the biggest things I've struggled with in my life is deciding what my contribution to world would be. What is it that I will do for a career. I believe that we are here to do new things and do existing things in new way. Bringing the invisible to the tangible. 

We think that we have to wait to become the person we want to be, but that is not exactly it. I understand that there are multiple versions of ourselves in existence, there are multiple versions and multiple timelines that are possible for us to experience. We should not choose another's experience as much as we don't want anyone to choose ours. Today's podcast is about a video circulating involving Russell Wilson.  He is a Super Bowl-winning and all-pro QB of the NFL's Seattle Seahawks. Russell is also one of the best in his field. Last week, he injured his throwing finger, which will sideline him for 6-8 weeks.  This video of him is going through a game situation.  But he's doing it alone, before a nationally televised game in front of thousands of fans in the stands.  There are cameras around, obviously, one of which caught this the world to see. To the untrained eye, this looks silly. Delusional even. Many people on social media are mocking him for doing this.  But to the high achiever and those who study high performance, this is art.  I understood what he was doing.  Muscle memory helps great achievers and athletes prepare mentally for games, events, or just another day at the office.
