Depression is a silent monster and a subtle killer. It lurks in the shadows and strikes without warning. Or more cleverly, it hides silently and slowly scratches the life and energy out of every moment of your life. Kellan Fluckiger have suffered from this condition for 30 years. Severely for the last 10 years. Never understanding what I had, and steeped in the shame and stigma of just needing to suck it up and be normal, I rode the roller-coaster. My drive to succeed drove me to great successes (I was a C-level Executive in the USA and Canada)... and my self-loathing and fear always pulled down the house of cards to smash in the street. Thoughts of suicide and death were regular friends. Recent events have finally given me the key to success and understanding.
