Consistency is not only key to being successful in life, your job, your community, and your family, but it is an absolute in your spiritual walk.  Without it you will get what you get and for many people it's not what they want nor is it what they know God wants for their life as well. You will be consistent but the question is, are you being consistent in the things that matter.  Many followers of Jesus are consistent and discipline in the thing that don't matter to Jesus or those things that don't have eternal value.  Once you set your heart and mind on the things that God wants for your life and His kingdom your consistency has the power to change your world and the world around you.

The family was God's idea.  It was not a construct of man.  It didn't just evolve from two people. God created it on purpose and for a purpose.  It was God's design to have all of us to be in family.  Why?  Because there is power in family.  Unfortunately that power can be good and/or bad.  Not everyone has good families.  In the U.S. the normal family is blended because of divorce and/or widow or widowers.  Regardless of what the state of your family is, God has a purpose for it and you can pass a legacy on that will affect generations and change the world in the process.

When Ezekiel was in the Valley of Dry Bones God showed him many things that would not only change his life but the lives of millions of people in the future.  God asked Ezekiel what he saw.  Ezekiel couldn't see through God's eyes but when God revealed it to him it changed his life and eventually our life.  You might see bones but God sees an army.

Christanity is not complicated.  It is really simple.  We were lost without Jesus.  We were not doing a great job at life and loving people.  Jesus came, paid the price for our sin, and didn't give us what we did deserve (judgement and separation from Him) and gave us what we didn't deserve (grace and mercy).  Our only action is to submit to Him and allow Him to change us from the inside out.  Done!  Divine simplicity.

A Covenant is more than just an agreement between people and/or organizations. It is about relationship, blood, and death. Yes, blood and death. In the Old Testament people understood that making a covenant was about the relationship they had with the person and blood had to be spilled if the covenant was to be enforced. To enact a covenant someone or thing had to spill it's blood. The only way you could get out of a covenant without repercussions was death. However, with every covenant there were promises and stipulations. The covenant Jesus made with the Father in our behalf was enacted by Jesus' blood being spilled and His death fulfilling the Old Covenant. WHAT ARE THE PROMISES OF THE NEW COVENANT?

A Covenant is more than just an agreement between people and/or organizations. It is about relationship, blood, and death. Yes, blood and death. In the Old Testament people understood that making a covenant was about the relationship they had with the person and blood had to be spilled if the covenant was to be enforced. Jesus Christ is the most influential man that has ever lived.  His impact on the world is unmatched.  But with that fame and influence people can take Him for granted.  However, when He speaks to you and reveals His everlasting love to you, you will never be the same.  He will give you a passion that spares no expense, it disregards public opinion, and holds nothing back.  With that kind of passion we can change the world. Regardless of how evil it may seem.  With Jesus there is always hope.
