This week and next I am going to lay out what creates a strong foundation.  A strong foundation will give you sustenance to draw on–you can think of this as making the ground of your body and soul fertile and ready to grow your dream seeds.  For over ten years I have been asking myself these questions: How is it that women access healing and empowerment around their erotic energy? What is the portal that they feel permission to enter? And what makes it meaningful, appealing, safe?  ~ In those 10+ years I have grown so much. I trained and worked as a bodyworker and doula. I explored the world of sacred sexuality through personal experience, workshops and a sacred intimacy practice. I gave birth to two children, got married and became part of a women’s circle that has made an unbelievable amount of personal growth possible over 4.5 years. You have grown, too, and the world has changed right along with us.  All of us, women and men, can see that a new way of being is needed, one where personal power is in harmony, and ultimately in service to, planetary well-being.
