His laughter and jokes are what would often time would make my day. I met Rochelle through Frank's unfortunate death. She's been a godsend in my life and we have since formed a special friendship. "Rochelle Hamm's eyes fill with tears when she reads her terrified husband's last words — uttered as the cargo freighter El Faro went down in a hurricane, taking the lives of Frank Hamm and 32 others.
