Amongst all the craziness we're all thrown into these days, we had the opportunity to sit down, relax, have a meal and chat with JC  known throughout the cooking community as cooking_queen_xo Jen invited us into her home and we were immediately treated as family. Jen filled our bellies with mouth watering street tacos topped with gummy bears (amazing as a topping by the way). We had a perfectly comfortable night hanging out learning about cooking and talking about all the irons she has in the fire. Jen's talent for cooking and her passion for cooking added together don't equal her need to serve people and make them smile. Jen's 18+ hour days are spent being an amazing mom and preparing food for folks that need not only her amazing food, but her ever positive attitude as well.
