John Rusnak has a unique business models, part of which is based on giving people who have made mistakes a second chance.  John knows about second chances. In 2001, he was convicted of bank fraud and served five years in prison.  While in prison, he realized his life had been off track way before the conviction.  When he got out, he got, well, a second chance, from friends.  Now he's doing that for as many other people as he can.  He runs Pilgrimage Development, an investment group that owns and manages a chain of Zips Dry Cleaners, known for it's $1.99/item cost.*  About half their employees – from register clerk to general manager – are recovering alcoholics, adicts, convicts, etc. This is a great example of how integrity works in the business place and that making a mistake – even a big one – does not mean failing.   John also volunteers with Uncuffed.org, Opportunity Ministries, and Eden Communities Ventures Corp. Know why it's better to be a crocodile than a dinosaur?  Because crocodiles survived!  Roger Anthony of  Crocodiles International uses stories straight from nature to teach important business - and life - lessons. He chose animals to communicate his message because animals are always true to themselves, and so they always live in peace and harmony with the world. Everything he says about the animals is true. Beavers are known to take other animals who have no home into their lodges. There is film of a mother crocodile transporting a very confused baby turtle down to the water's edge.  Laugh if you will, but when people attend most seminars, a week later they can only recall about 14% of what they learned.
