Episode #75 - July 4th BBQ Special Episode #75 was a special July 4th BBQ and musical episode. @JoeBOSSradio ran the show solo, as @GdottRadio was on vacation. Joe decided to play majority music and keep the talk to a minimum so that listeners could play the show during the Independence Day festivities. Joe also held down the signature segments as well. “Sports With Joe” spoke about Phil Jackson being fired from the Knicks, and also about how Steph Curry signed a $200 Million contract with the Golden State Warriors. The “Invest In Yourself” tip was about REGROUPING, by taking some time to assess where you are, and reevaluate where you want to go. . The 2nd hour, Joe continued the segments by doing a Diversity University moment on how he was treated during his vacation to his hometown in WV. The “Spice In Your Life” tip was about the 5 love languuages, particularly Quality Time. Comedian @Iam_CKing called in to go over his “Really Though” segment on NJ Governor Chris Christie shutting down all the public beach

Episode #74 was the Awards Night Special.  We spent some time recapping the #BETAwards and also the #NBAAwards as well.  First we discussed @Lecrae’s award speech, which sparked quite a controversy amount CHH listeners.  @RizzEnthusiastic called in to give his opinion on the matter as @GdottRadio and @JoeBossRadio had opposing views.     The 2nd hour spoke about the first ever #NBAAwards show, which revealed winners of numerous awards including MVP Russell Westbrook.  Joe Boss’s ‘Invest in Yourself’ tip spoke about having a proper Work/Life Balance.  Gdott spoke at length about President Trump's attempt to repeal the Affordable Healthcare Act aka ObamaCare.   Caramel Macchiato - Angie Rose We Been Here - Canon Make It - Christon Grey ft JGivens Parkers Verse - S.O. On this week's episode of @RiseUpWorldwide, the  topic was "The Verdict is in." We talked about the acquittal of the officer who shot and killed Philando Castile. @Iamthecorner called in to help debut two of his newest tracks. Then friend to the show DJ Rudd called in to show us some love and represent for the for Gynesis Radio family. @RandyBazile also debuted a new track during his "You should listen" Segment.   In the second hour, we debated the innocence (or guilt) of our beloved Bill Cosby as his trial for rape ended in a hung jury. @GdottRadio did his "Sports with G" segment which concentrated on the NBA draft & @JoeBossradio's "Invest in yourself" tip was to be compliant during interactions with police so you can make it home safely. Episode #69 - Memorial Day Special This Memorial Day Week Special included a ton of music for you to enjoy for your listening pleasure during your weekend barbeques, house parties, etc. @JoeBossRadio spoke about the importance of May 23 being his wedding anniversary as well as it being @Gdottradio’s birthday.  Thy Wai is an up and coming group of men who decided to give their gifting of hip hop music to the Lord.  Featuring @RizzEnthusiastic, @Out5poken and their manager Randy, they came into the studio to discuss the team, the purpose and their heart behind the music.   The first hour included good music and a heavy conversation about @Lecrae, and is his music Christian enough.  Rizz and Joe B.O.S.S. heavily debated the subject with opposing views and valid points.  Eventually, agreeing to disagree, they ended with mutual respect.    Also, we played several of their new tracks. On this week's episode of Riseupworldwide, it was our Black History Episode. We started off by talking about Dr. Te's visit to the National Museum of African American History & Culture which recently opened in Washington DC. We shared some thoughts on Black People's accomplishments in history and how far we've come in history.
