Discipleship to Jesus includes both a clarification of your calling AND a formation of your character. V-I-M (vision, intention, means) V - Vision Do you have a vision for Jesus and His Kingdom? Are you bought in? Do you believe who Jesus says he is? Do you believe that He is worthy to be followed? Do you believe that he is worth being ALL IN for? I - Intention Have you intentionally made the decision to follow Jesus? If not, what is holding you back? (Procrastination, busyness, fear?) M - Means How do we actually follow Jesus and learn to be like him? What steps can I take? Spiritual Disciplines (non-exhaustive) - Reading/Studying the Bible - Prayer - Fasting - Worship - Silence and Solitude - Serving and Generosity - Simplicity So will you accept His invitation? Will you say yes to whole-life, all-in discipleship to Jesus today?

Repent = To turn around Do you believe that Heaven is better than this world? Kingdom of God: Where God is present and His people are doing His will. Who is Jesus to you? Do you truly believe that He is good news? NBA Player Zaza Pachulia: "Nothing easy! Nothing easy!"

"Repent for the Kingdom of God is here" illustrates Jesus' intention for us to change our inner self, our old ways of thinking, to confess our sins so that our lives are in sync with God's purpose. In the story of the demon possessed man, Jesus models this kingdom living. Come to Sunday service and hear the challenge, learn how to go the extra mile, and proclaim that Jesus has come to seek and save the lost!

To faithfully minister the gospel we must develop a culture of care in our churches by equipping our members to offers sinners a better Savior, and sufferers a better story.

In and Around VS Up and Out Continuing in our mission series this week, we’re asking the big question of “how do we prepare or help others prepare for the field?” There are many good answers and important skills to learn to help us in the path to glorifying the Lord. But there is only one thing that is truly paramount. Come! Let us learn more of the call that the Lord has for each of us, whether we go or we send, so that we may faithfully offer our lives to Him.

Paul, on that road to Damascus, asked Jesus two questions, "Who are you?" and "What do you want me to do?" And Jesus answered, "I am the Lord your God.” Jesus is calling Paul into a life of world mission to the gentiles. Being a transformed man, this one man with a renewed mind wants to glorify God above everthing else by becoming a blessing to the nations. In Sunday's message, we want to understand a CALL that God has uniquely placed in our lives - To be a blessing to the Nations!
