Alexander Devereux overcame epilepsy at birth, dyslexia, and poverty to graduate from college and become a highly successful professional. An ordained minister, he works in the administrative field of higher education. Devereux is at work on his second book, a follow-up to Gar Fish and Long Gravy. He lives in Atlanta.   David was ordained in 1987 and has over 24 years of experience in ministry. I look quite normal, but have a wicked eccentric side and most of my close friends are creative and unconventional. I've always been a bridge between all types of groups and, come to think of it, between my extreme left and right brain LOL: In the first part of my life I was trained in mathematics, business, accounting, finance and education. PHIL WARD - As a result of his heroic service in Vietnam, Ward received the Silver Star, the Soldier’s Medal, the Bronze Start with Valor Device (three awards), the Army Commendation Medal with Valor Device (three awards), the Purple Heart (two awards), the Air Medal, the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry and the Combat Infantry Badge. His unit was the recipient of the Presidential Unit Citation.  Ward also spent a great deal of time behind the scenes of Texas politics as son-in-law to the late Lieutenant Governor of Texas, Bob Bullock. Ward lives in Austin with his wife and currently serves as the President of USA Training Company, a national driving safety organization.

I retired a couple of years ago having worked 25 years in banking and 8 years as an office manager.  I decided to write with the extra time that I had.  So I wrote about my newest interest: my bunnies. I'm an author and my memoir was published in 2010. I'm also a certified personal trainer and a competitive triathlete.
